TIMELINE 2010 2015 2017 2020 In 2010 Agapi began to change the market s perception of what to expect from a boat. Until then, a boat was either fuel efficient or fast, a cabin boat for the family or a sporty and high-performance boat, one that could either handle rough waters or one that was easy to handle. With its own concept of familyoriented cabin RIB-boats, Agapi created a unique combination that makes it today the most versatile boat in the market. Five years later, Agapi took on the next boating revolution and started Agapi Club as a pilot. During two years of testing Agapi gathered very valuable lessons learned from the operations and impressions and feedback from early members. The reactions were amazing and most people we talked to agreed on that This is indeed the future way to have a boat and enjoy boating! After two years of proven experience and a steep learning curve, Agapi Club was launched officially in March 2017. Starting with the Center at Biskopsudden s Marina in Stockholm, it has grown to harbors in northern and southern Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsinki and Palma de Mallorca. The fleet of boats is continuously growing and new members subscribe at the pace allowed to ensure accessibility and personalized high-quality service for each of them. Agapi Club offers unique benefits to each member already today. We will help you to choose the membership plan that best accommodates to your boating needs and will guide you through everything you need to know about our Club membership, price scheme, routines, our boats and how it works in practice. 02 After our first conversation, some people choose to subscribe directly. Others choose to visit one of our Centers to see our boats and go out for a test drive. In this way you also get the chance to meet members of the Agapi team in person and see how the Marina and our Club service works in real life. 03 As a final step, we sign the membership contract. The agreement runs for 12 months and you can choose to pay annually or monthly with a financing solution. Once you become a member, we book a training session with one of our certified Captains through the Agapi Academy to check your boating skills and show you everything you need to know about the boat and how to handle the it.

Unlimited number of boating days There is no limitation to the number of days you can use the boat. The number of slots you can have booked in the calendar at the same time depend on the number of Yearly Tokens in your membership. If you want additional bookings, you can buy One-time Tokens. Yearly Tokens A Yearly Token can be used to book a specific boat for a slot of 3-24 hours in the calendar. Once the Yearly Token is used (after doing the check-out), or if it is cancelled, it can be used again to book a new 3-24hr slot. Spontaneous bookings slots You can always do one (1) spontaneous booking at a time within 48 hours of departure. Captains in family Depending on your membership plan, more captains within your family can be added. To be eligible as a captain, the candidate should be 18+ years old, certified by Agapi, and written on the same postal adress. Full service docking Full service docking includes pre-heating of the boat before you arrive, provided you have pre-ordered this when booking the boat. Also included in Full service docking is cleaning of the boat and putting the canvas back on when you return to dock, for which you need to return the boat at least 1 hour before end of your booking slot. This service is currently only available in Stockholm and Mallorca on weekdays 9.00-17.00. Fuelling service According to our booking rules you should always leave the boat with at least 50% fuel level. But, the Fuelling Service allows you to return the boat at any level of remaining fuel in the tank, Fuel cost is invoiced separately. To enjoy this service you need to return the boat at least 1 hour before end of your booking slot. This service is currently only available in Stockholm and Mallorca on weekdays 9.00-17.00. Water toys Our water toys option includes access to Agapi s accessories such as water skis, wakeboard and paddle board. Accessories differ between regions. Agapi High Speed training The Agapi High Speed training is a three hour course with experienced licensed Agapi instructors where you learn how to handle and manoeuvre Agapi boats at high speeds. Agapi Boat PT The Agapi Boat PT includes three hours on the boat with an experienced instructor or Boat Personal Trainer. These three hours can be allocated to whatever tasks, manoeuvres and training the member wishes to learn or improve. The member is responsible for booking the boat and paying for fuel. Mallorca region Port Cala Nova in Palma connects us to the Mediterranean Ocean and is beautiful all year round. There is a price premium of 1.500 EUR for all members that wish to enjoy boating there. We promise you it s worth it! Activation Package The activation package entitles you to attend the Agapi Club Certification which is a mandatory introductory on-boarding training, where we go out at sea with the boat and go through all Club routines. One-time Token Buy a one-time token to either book a booking slot (3-24 hours) outside your home region, or to book a model not included in your membership, or to book more slots in addition to what is possible with your Yearly Tokens within your membership. This is helpful in case you would like to be out for weeks instead of the normal shorter trips. Or if you are visiting another region and would like to go boating there. The booking slots are consumed once they are used and pricing depends on boat, region and season.

THE QUESTION EVERYONE ASKS Will I have access to a boat when I want it? If we take into consideration our experience so far, then the answer is without a doubt Yes!. Ensuring accessibility for all members is our first and greatest priority. At the same time there is always a small chance that it might not be possible. If we compare it with booking a rental car, even if you are looking for one at the very last minute, most oftenly it gets sorted out. Another comparison worth making is the risk of going down to your dock and finding the battery uncharged in your own boat. After two years of Agapi Club operations where we continuously add new boats to the fleet, manage owners boats and have a spare boats, we dare to say that the chances for you not going out when you want, is everything between small and extremely small. If you want to be absolutely certain of going out on the day you want, you should book the boat as early as possible and plan for it. But if you want to own your boat after all, we can still offer you the possibility to lower your costs by lending it to Agapi Club when not in use.
