11 ASIDE RULES 11Aside games will be played under full FA Rules with the exception of 5 rolling substitutes. Each team may bring a squad of 16 on match days. Please ensure additional squad members are not in kit. All U13s 11 Aside games will be played 30 minutes each half with the exception of U14s, U15 s & U16s, U17s & 18s who will play 35 Minute s each half. Teams are to provide one linesman each who should be 18 years of age or over. 11 ASIDE PLAYERS DISCIPLINARY Disciplinary matters will be reported to the ELE League committee. Disciplinary matters can be appealed in writing to the ELE League within five days of the booking or incident. Results from disciplinary issues will be published throughout the season. Players to receive a Red Card will automatically receive a three-match ban. 5 & 7 ASIDE RULES 1. 1. There will be no off sides. 2. 2. Goalkeepers may pick up the ball even when it has been played back by their own team player. 3. 3. All free kicks are direct. 4. 4. Players must retreat 6ft (two long steps) from a free kick. 5. 5. Players must retreat 6ft (two long steps) from the edge of the penalty area when a goal kick is being taken. 6. 6. Foul throws will be ignored unless the referee feels the player taking the throw would benefit from being shown the correct way. 7. 7. Goal Keepers may return the ball back into play by a throw (over or under arm), or kicking the ball. 8. 8. The referee s decision is always final. 9. 9. No player will be sent off. Managers will be asked to replace the individual with another squad member. 10. 10. The player replaced will be unable to play for the remainder of the game. 11. 11. All 5 & 7 Aside games will be played 20 minutes each half. 12. 12. There may be a squad of only 11 players on match days. Additional squad members should not be in kit.

13. 13. 5Aside teams can have a squad of 8 on match days and register up to 10 players 14. 14. U7s & 8s Teams will be asked to return to their half for goal kicks to introduce more play. 15. 9ASIDE RULES 16. 1. All games will be played 30 minutes each half. 17. 2. The Off Side Rule will be played. 18. 3. Each team can play up to 14 players on match days with 5 rolling subs. 19. 4. Each team can register up to 16 players for a squad. 20. 5. Each team to provide a linesman who should be 18 years of age or over. 21. PLAYER REGISTRATIONS 22. 1. All Registration Cards are to be returned to the League with full details including 2x passport photos, proof of DOB, home Address & School. 23. 2. Registration Cards presented after SUNDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 2018 will not be valid for week 1 fixtures. 24. 3. Additional Registration Cards can be handed in at either site and will be ready to use the following week, not on the day they are handed in. 25. 4. All Players Registration Cards are to be shown before the start of each match. 26. 5. Team Managers will check each others Registration Cards before KO, if a card / player is questioned he / she should be reported before KO. 27. 6. A player or team without a stamped registration card will automatically give the opposing team a 3-0 win. 28. 7. 11Aside teams can register up to 19 players with a squad of up to 16 players on match days. 29. 8. 7Aside teams can register up to 12 players with a squad of up to 11 players on match days. 30. 9. No player can play for a clubs A & B team in the same age group. 31. 10. A player can only be registered for one team in a set age group. 32. 12. No player can leave one ELE League club / team and register to another ELE League club / team unless it is agreed in writing by both managers within 8 league games from the start of the season. 33. 13. Teams may only make 2 changes to their full registration of players throughout any one season. 34. 14. Registrations of all players will have a closing date of 31st January 2019 player(s) only in extreme circumstances players can be added after this date with a letter of explanation to the Leagues committee. 35. 15. The maximum number of signings in one season is 14 for 5 & 7Aside and 21 for 9 & 11Aside 36. 16. If a player does not have an ele league registration card and wants to play in a friendly a photo id is required or he or she cannot play. 37. 17. If there is no official referee available the cover referee is to OK registration cards with the head referee before KO if not agreed with managers.

38. AGE GROUPS 39. The player must be under the age of their age group whatever it may be (U8, U9, U10 ETC) as of Midnight on 31st August 2018. 40. MANAGERS / PARENTS CONDUCT 41. If a manager or supporter of a team is abusive in anyway whatsoever to the opposing team, any player or the referee the following Warnings will take place. - 1ST WARNED 2ND ASKED TO LEAVE PITCH 3RD MATCH WILL BE ABANDON AND 3-0 WIN TO THE OPPOSING TEAM 42. The League has full power to deduct League points from any club / team if poor conduct is repeated. 43. 1. No parents / managers are allowed to stand behind the goal end of any pitch. 44. 2. Referees will mark team managers and spectators conduct on every game to monitor behaviour throughout the season. 45. It is the team manager s responsibility to keep parents and spectators from his or her team in order and respect all managers and especially young players within the league at all times. 46. A Managers Code of Conduct will be presented to all managers to sign and circulate to their club parents and supporters. 47. CANCELLATIONS 48. Teams will be contacted by phone there will also be a message on 07961 867501 after 8.30am. 49. Teams are not charged for cancellations due to bad weather. 50. If a game is cancelled due to bad weather and 75% of the game has been played the result will stand. 51. If a fixture is cancelled by the league due to bad weather the fixture will be played the following week. 52. No fixtures / weeks are skipped due to cancellation from the League. 53. There are no cancellations available throughout the season or cup competition with the exception of Easter Bank Holiday, Christmas and Eid. Only teams competing in the County Cup will be able to reschedule games as agreed with the ELE League for County or Cup Fixtures. 54. If a team cancels a game or does not show for a game they will be charged double fee, for each no show or cancellation. 55. LATE ARRIVALS 56. If a team arrives later than 15 minutes for Kick Off for any reason a 3-0 win will automatically be given to the opposing team. A double match fee fine will be issued to the late team. 57. Exceptional circumstances will be investigated.

58. MATCH FEES 59. 5Aside - U7s & U8s - 40 7Aside U9s & U10S - 45 9Aside U11s & U12s - 50 11Aside U13s U15S/16s - 55 60. If a club does not pay on the day or in advance the League will charge a 10 late payment fee per team. 61. FORD SPORTS CLUB 62. U7s U11s inclusive fixtures will take place at Ford Sports & Social Club, Aldborough Road South, Newbury Park IG3 8H. Please note that Changing Rooms are not to be used by ELE League players. 63. HARROW RD 64. U12s U15/16s inclusive fixtures will take place at Harrow Road, E11 3QD Changing facilities are available at this venue. 65. COMPLAINTS 66. If a manager / club have a complaint regarding any issue they are to send it in writing within 5 days of the incident. 67. The head referee on each site is also available on a weekly basis to discuss any queries your club / team may have. 68. Complaints received in writing will be discussed and responded to by the ELE League Committee. Emails to be sent to eleleague@hotmail.com 69. INSURANCE 70. All teams are to hold their own insurance policy for Public Liability; 71. The ELE League also advises that teams look into the Player on Player insurance policies. Various Insurance is available through the FA. 72. The ELE League take s no responsibility for any injury caused whilst playing within the League, Friendly or Cup competition. 73. FIRST AID 74. All teams are required to carry their own First Aid Kit, there will also be a Kit at both Check In areas. 75. COURSES 76. The ELE League will hold a Child Protection Course that will be compulsory for all managers that have not attended the course. 77. There will also be an optional Level One & First Aid Course available. 78. AFFILIATION 79. All League teams should be affiliated to a county FA.

80. WEBSITE 81. Fixtures, results & tables will be updated weekly on www.eleleague.co.uk 82. POWER PLAY RULE 5 & 7ASIDE 83. If a team is losing by a four goal difference they can put an additional player on so 5v5 becomes 6v5. 84. If the score returns to less than a four goal difference the team takes off a player. It does not have to be the last player to come on. 85. If a team goes on to be losing by a six goal difference a further additional player can be added so 6v5 becomes 7v5. The main aim of the Power Play option is that all players are being challenged and enjoying the game.
