Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase and the final bid shall constitute a binding contract between buyer and seller. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids and his decision on such matters shall be final. All settlements are to be made with the clerks of the sale immediately following the conclusion of the sale. Delivery of pregnant recipients should be arranged between buyer and seller.
