DESCRIPTION Classes 1-23 total distance is 335 km, including 8 special stages 113 km. Classes 24-37 total distance is 170 km, including 4 special stages 58 km. The rally has 2 legs. 1. leg SS 1-4 and 2. leg SS 5-8. If competitor will stop on 1. leg, he has right to continue on 2. leg, if schedule is possible. If a competitor is found on roads, used as special stages in rally area Nokia, Sastamala, Mouhijärvi and Suodenniemi, marked in yellow, grey or black on the road map of Finland or roads that are not marked on map, before the competitor`s start time, his start will be refused (exception reconnaissance). 5. ENTRY PROCEDUR Every competitor (licence-holder), who wants to take part in the Autoglym Rally must fill in an entry form at www.pr-racing.fi competitor forms before 4.7. at 23.59. You can also ask and send entry form to the rally secretary: - until 4.7. at 23.59 jaana.salopuro@elisanet.fi or - until 30.6. at 20.00 anne.raittila@hrpoint.fi The number of entrants is limited to 150 cars and the first 150 competitors in order of enrollment will be admitted in to the rally. Every class need at least 3 competitors. If there are less competitors in class, the organizer can interrelate that class to another class. 7. IBAN FI82 5228 3420 0086 32 BIC OKOYFIHH 8. SERVICES On the rally there will be service- and break area in Hotel Ellivuori, Ellivuorentie 131, Sastamala. Road section is going through the service area after ss2, ss3, ss5, ss6, ss7 and ss8 and then it s possible to service cars about 15 minutes. The real service break is after ss4 and it`s duration is max. 1 hour and min. 20 minutes. Organizer reserve to every competitor service area 6 m x 8 m. There can be 1(one) service vehicles in service area. If you have same service with another competitor or you need space for bigger service vehicle please contact chief of service area Harri Arola +358500 628877, harri.arola@saunalahti.fi Service vehicles there must carry a fire-extinguisher ready for use as well as oil spit kit. During all servicing, there must be a tarpaulin at least the size of the rally car underneath it. The absence of any one of these will result in immediate clerk of the cource decision to exclude the competitor. Sanctions for other infringements in service area and in refuelling area: 1. infringements 250 2. infringements 500 3. infringements out of event
9. REFUEL ZONES Refuelling is only allowed at petrol stations directed by the organizer and at refuel zones marked in the road book of the rally. In his entry form, the competitor shall notify the organizer of the fuel he wants (98E5, E85 or the FIA appendix J) as well as which refuelling system he will use (from the pump at the service stations or from his own drums/cans) 10. RECONNAISSANCE(Recce) (classes 1 23) The material for recce will be available for competitors at rally office starting 14.7.2016 at 07:15. When signing for material, competitor must give information about the recce car and mobile phone number. The ID-numbers (2) (competitor s number) must be attached to the recce car in the top centre of the windscreen and on the right rear side window. These must be visible for the whole recce. The max. speed limit is 80 km/h on every special stages, unless a lower limit is indicated by the traffic signs placed by the organizer. The competitors must drive in a manner that does not endanger or inconvenience other traffic or people living near the special stages. It s not allowed drive against the driving direction. The organizer will control speed used as well as the manner of driving during reconnaissance. Also the police will make checks along the route and will penalise for traffic infringements according to Finnish traffic law. Competitors must stop if asked to do so by any rally officials along the route, under pain of refusal to start. Recce starts 14.7.2017 at 08.00, and will end 14.7.2017 at 18.00. 11. AVERTISE Advertising of competition number and hood are: AutoGlym, Castrol, Luoman and Champion. 12. START OF THE RALLY Start times will be published on the official notice board according the programme. Competitors get their time cards (after accomplished safety checks) at start ramp (TC 0). Start of the rally at 09.01 in Hotel Ellivuori at 1 minute intervals. Route given in the road book must be allowed on the road sections, under pain of exclusion by the clerk of the course. 13. COMPETITOR MATERIAL Each crew will receive 14.7.2017 from the rally office one road book, showing the route of the rally in detail and two road maps (classes 1-23). Classes 24 37 will have their material from two hours before their actual start time on Saturday 15.7.2017. 14. REGROUPS There will be one regroup with service. 15. SCRUTINEERING It`s possible perform advance safety check on Friday 14.7. at 17.00-20.00 (competitor must announce it beforehand in entry form). 17. PRIZES AND PRIZE GIVING The awards list will be published on the official notice board. Both of drivers will be rewarding in Hotel Ellivuori, Ellivuorentie 131, 38130 Sastamala. Schedule in rally guide. All award competitors must participate in the prize-giving ceremonies. For imperetive reasons, permission for absence may be granted only by the Clerk of the Course.
