Start Tme: Play for the 1 st roud each qualfyg day wll commece by: 9.30am. Start tme for the 2 d roud each qualfyg day wll be by 12:45 or earler as mutually agreed. 5. Clothg: Players a sde wll be detcally attred, ther club uforms, or whtes/creams. 6. Sdes: Sdes to cosst of e (9) players playg: Trples 2 Bowls 21 Eds. 7. Sdes may be re-selected after each roud of the competto. A player who has played 3 or more games a dvso may ot the play a lower dvso. 8. Tme Lmt: All games to be cotued rrespectve of the score utl the desgated tme lmt of 2¾ hours s over or utl the game s fshed (21 eds), whchever comes frst. If the jac has bee delvered before the tme sgal the ed wll cotue ad f t subsequetly becomes dead wll be replayed. 9. Icorrect Jac Delvery: Icorrectly delvered Jac wll ot be retured, but wll be placed by the opposg Sp. 10. Klled Ed: A lled ed wll be replayed as per the Laws of the Sport. 11. Defaults: If a team defaults, ther score wll be recorded as a loss. The o-offedg team wll be awarded a w ad the average et total of scored by the wg teams the same roud of the same secto. 12. Late Appearaces: Whe ay player has faled to be posto to commece play 15 mutes after the scheduled startg tme, the game wll be awarded to the oppoet. 13. Te at Ed of : I the evet of a Te qualfyg play, oe extra ed(s) wll be played to determe a wer; the scored wll ot be added to the total. 14. Determg a Wer: I all games, three pots wll be awarded for each game wo.
15. : Sx pots wll be awarded to the Club wth the hghest overall for ad three pots to each club f the overall are equal betwee two clubs. (a total of 15 competto pots are avalable per roud). 16. Falsts: The top two falsts each dvso wll be foud by hghest umber of competto pots (w pots plus bous pots), f equal, the by the hghest umber of games wo, f equal, the by the result of the game betwee the two sdes, the by the best overall et total of (NTOS.e.; dfferetal). The falsts wll play off o Suday 17 th December formato to follow. 17. Iclemet Weather: Should clemet weather or ay other crcumstaces, so requre the frst 10 eds played each of the two games wll costtute a roud o ay day. A mmum of four rouds wll cout as a completed phase of the competto. The eserve Day for the competto s scheduled for Suday 15 th October. 18. Sde Maager: Each team s to have a maager who may be a player the sde. The maager should lst the ames of players o team sheets before play commeces. Maagers toss at the begg of the roud (oe toss for all 3 rs) ad the wer shall decde whether the sde wll tae or gve the mat away. Each maager should sg off the results chart at the ed of play. 19. Host Club: The host club team maager s resposble for the ssue ad collecto of cards ad for recordg results o the charts provded. The host club team maager s to Sca & Emal the charts ad team sheets at the ed of the days play to the Bowls North Harbour Cetre ce Emal bowls@bowlsorthharbour.co.z 20. As umpres are ot appoted for Peats competto, Maagers (or Players who are offcal umpres) are requred to adjudcate to resolve dsputes or measurg ssues 21. Promoto/elegato: I the Me s & Wome s dvsos, the top oe (1) sde wll be promoted (except Dvso 1) at the ed of the competto ad the lowest placed oe (1) sde wll be relegated (except the lowest Dvso). Should there already be a sde the promoted or relegated dvso you wll rema the same dvso ad the ext placed sde wll go up. 22. Caterg: Self Servce Tea/Coffee avalable durg the day.
