Daffodil Show Report for Local or Regional Shows Within two weeks after the show, send a completed PDF file of this report by electronic mail to Awards Chairman. If you cannot e-mail a PDF file, print the completed show report on paper and mail it to Robert Spotts, 409 Hazelnut Drive, Oakley, California 9456 Include all the information about the flower that exhibitors are required by the schedule to put on their entry tags or labels including the following: division numbers, complete color codes for the Throckmorton winner, hybridizer s names, seedling numbers of unnamed cultivars and their color codes and parentage where known, and dates of introduction for classics and historics. If the exhibitor provided color codes (even when not required by the schedule), please include them in this report. If you are unable to fill in this report form electronically, print it on paper and use a black ink pen to insure good copying if you are handwriting this report. The best application to use for filling in this form is the free Reader application by Adobe. The current version of Reader at the revision date of this form is version 11, but older versions may work.
