Section 5 - Fire Fighting Measures This product does not readily burn. However, thermal decomposition products such as carbon monoxide can be released if temperatures are high enough to support combustion. Extinguishing media: Water fog, dry chemical or foam. Workers involved in cutting and drilling operations need to wash exposed skin before eating and after each shift. Exposed clothing should be removed or cleaned to avoid tracking dust into other areas. Personal protective equipment should be worn as described in Exposure Controls/Personal Protection section. Storage procedures: Keep away from extreme heat.
