MINIMUM ENTRIES 5.1 5 is the minimum number of pre-entries which must be received for each Competition Group. 5.2 If insufficient entries are received for a Competition Group to form in its own right, the Competition Group must be consolidated in accordance with the Competition Rules, Chapter 1, Rule 9 3. COMPETITION 1. FORMAT OF RACING 1.1 Practice 1 Practice session of 4 Minutes will be held. 1.2 Qualifying There Will Not be Timed Qualifying at this Event 1.3 Heats & Final The system of gridding will be in accordance with State Regulations - Club Comp - Format 18 1.4 Heat 1 - Random Draw Heat 2 - Reverse of Heat 1 Draw Heat 3 - Points* from Finishing Positions of Heats 1 & 2 Final - Finishing Positions from Heat 3 1.5 * 0,2,3, Point System. 1 st - 0 points, 2 nd - 2 points, 3 rd - 3 points and so on with one (1) point added for each place. 1.6 P-platers WILL start at the rear of the Field for Heats 1 & 2 1.7 Vintage Demonstration Only There will be 5 Vintage Demonstration sessions of 5 Minutes each. Bolivar Raceway Summer Road, Bolivar 3. KART RETRIEVAL 3.1. Pit Crew with trolleys Will Not be given access to the Circuit during Practice and Racing. 3.2. Retrieval of Karts is at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course Pit Crew must only enter the Circuit when permitted by the Grid Marshal or the Clerk of the Course and then only if 3.3. wearing a HIGH VISIBILITY SAFETY VEST on the upper torso. 3.4. Karts can be retrieved via the In Grid 4. ADDITIONAL VENUE REQUIREMENTS Subject to any applicable laws which may govern the access of animals, including but not limited to guide dogs, no 4.1. animals are allowed anywhere within the facility. 4.2. No dumping of Fuel, please make your own arrangements. 4.3. Used Go Kart Racing Tyres can be placed in the trailer next to the rear gate. 4.4. No unlicenced driving of motor vehicles permitted at the Circuit. No motorised scooters, mini bikes, roller blading, skateboards and tricycles allowed at the complex during the entire 4.5. Meeting. Officials may confiscate any such items for the duration of the Meeting. 4.6. Marquees are not to be erected without consent of the Club. Camping will be made available by prior arrangement. (BOM) on the Thursday night (6:00pm) prior to the event, a posting will be made on the AKASA Website as soon as possible after 6:00pm informing drivers that the meeting may be postponed. ACCESS TO BOLIVAR RACEWAY Turn onto St Kilda Road from Port Wakefield Road. 4.9. Turn left at the first roundabout (Robinson Road). Follow Robinson Road until Summer Road.
