Hawthn Woods Country Club Platfm Tennis ADULT SOCIAL DRILLS Social Drill Thursday s 6:30 7:30 pm This drill is all about enjoying a night on the court with friends. Stick around after the hour of drill to play doubles with friends and the first glass of wine is on us! Fall Session: $275 Winter Session: $275 Beginner s Class Fridays 10:00-11:00 am This class is f players who are new to the game of paddle and are not yet ready f team play. The focus of this class is to teach proper grip / technique and beginning pattern play. Once you are comftable, players can graduate to team practice. Fall Session: $225 (8 Weeks) Winter Session: $225 (8 Weeks) Stroke of the Week Fridays 11:00 am 12:00 pm Each week we will highlight a new stroke strategy. One week we may wk on a spin serve and the next we may wk on a backhand drive. The stroke strategy will be emailed out to all interested players on Tuesday each week. Platfm tennis is an amazing way to fight the winter blues, netwk with fellow members, and people from all around the area. HWCC and the Chicago Platfm Tennis League is your ticket to the fun! This year we have spread out our team practice schedule to allow f me play following drill. All rostered team members must register f drill. Hawthn Woods Country Club Platfm Tennis WOMEN S TEAM PROGRAM Series 9 Travel Team If you are someone that gets cabin fever during the winter loves the crisp air of the winter then platfm tennis is f you. We will be fielding a Series 10 team in the Nth She Women s Paddle League. Matches are played on Thursday afternoons from 12 2 with two courts starting at noon, and the other two courts right after the completion of courts one two. All rostered team members must register f drill. Players who attend team drill will have priity f team matches.
