No penelties will be given if athletes pass this distance, it is more of a tool for judges if athletes are not covering as much distance as older athletes. This includes: -Plyons at 15m for 9-10 year-old routines -Plylons at 20m for 11-12 year-old routines *Masters times for 2018 have not yet been released by FINA- these are based off of the 2017 times. - - 3:30 4:00 4:00 4:30 Land Skills Testing Protocol 1. Headstands can be performed on the figure trainer if needed. 2. Coaches are allowed to spot athletes for headstands and bridges 3. Athletes are to wear black suits. Black athletic shorts are optional, but athletes knees must be visible 4. For all skills, athletes will have 1 full count of 8 to set up, hold the for 2 full counts of 8, and 1 full count of 8 to transition to the next skill 5. Metronome will be set at 135 6. Please see standards for testing so that athletes are preforming skill correctly.
