Transport Boarding start at 08:00, at Pak Tin Street Turn left from YH down to Pak Tin Street
Transport After alighting the bus at Kam Tin, following the taped route to the Arena, it take about 10-15 minutes by walking
Arena - Relay
Relay start Start, changeover, finish procedure demonstration in the arena at 10:00 1 st mass start for Elite and Open classes takes place at 10:30 and 10:40 respectively At the mass start, maps will be on the ground. First 10 teams in row 1, second 10 teams in row 2. Step on the maps 1 minute before the start. Then countdown and start.
Relay start
Relay changeover No pre-warning from the organisers, this is your responsibility! The incoming runner must run through the finish line and then proceed to the changeover area, where incoming and outgoing runners must change over by touching hands. Used maps to be handed over at the Finish. It is the runner s responsibility to pick the correct map. Once having finished the race it is strictly forbidden to make any kind of contact with team members inside the quarantine

Finish There will be two finish chutes at the Finish. The 1st and 2nd leg runners should take the left finish chute. The 3rd runners have to keep to the right finish chute. Punching finish is not required. The chest position is decisive if there is a close finish. The finish line will be video-recorded and manually back-up. All maps will be collected at the Finish. A new set of maps will be issued to all Elite teams while the maps for Open classes will be returned after the announce of the final results All runners must proceed to the result download station after finish. SIAC will be collected after completion. Team officials and runners having finished their races are not allowed back in the competition area

Answer 1: There will be an event official to control runners from running into each other at the junction. 2. Can you postpone the closing time of the waiting area? Answer 2: Yes, after the 1 st leg runner finishes Is the course information of the Middle Relay in Bulletin 4 not up to date? Answer 3: Yes, we will publish the updated course information in the IOF Eventor as well as to have it posted up in the event arena tomorrow.
Question & Answer 4. Will there be water in the quarantine area? Answer 4: A lot, there will also be a tuck shop in the arena where you can buy drinks and food. 5: What is the arrangement on using toilets by the athletes?. Answer: Runners 5 : Runner who have finished the race have to go to the mobile toilets while those who are waiting for finished have to go to the toilets in the building through a taped route. No communicate with each other before the end of the race.
