Account Creation 1 st Time in System Go to this link: http://www.dlbracing.com/drivers/login.aspx Click on Create a New Account Fill in all required information, and include your kart information You cannot enter an event with no karts in your online garage You can have several karts, so put them all in as needed Enter the Make = Kart Brand (Birel, Tony, Energy, etc) and Model = Engine (CR125, KPV, etc) In the Sponsor Area, declare your kart shop and engine builder affiliations and any sponsors IMPORTANT NOTE: For all IKF memberships and renewals please deal with IKF directly or at the gate prior to the event. Memberships After you have created your account, and put your kart(s) in your garage, it is time to enter Membership information. IKF Membership information is required. If you are not yet a member of IKF, enter Applied as your IKF number and any future date for the expiration date in the following instructions: Club Memberships is accessed under Account Settings once selected, the screen below will appear. For Club: use the drop down menu and select IKF Region 11 For Member: enter in your complete IKF member number, usually a letter, followed by numbers, and a letter or two at the end. For Expiration Date: Enter the expiration date as it appears on the card. If you are applying for IKF membership and do not have the number yet, then put in Applied for the member number and any future date for the expiration date. Once you get your card, come back and edit the membership and add the number and expiration date that is on the card.
Event Registration There are three steps for registering: 1. Choose entry, class, kart, and options 2. Review your order and fees 3. Pay by selecting your payment option at the bottom of the Review page. Once you have paid, you cannot change your registration, except for basic kart and class information. For other changes, you can cancel, and then redo a new registration. If you do that, this may affect the payment you already made, so choose Check as your payment option and we will make any adjustments and contact you for further payment, or refund. Login to your account: http://www.dlbracing.com/drivers/login.aspx Click on Calendar in the upper right area and you should see this: Change the month by clicking on the arrows to go forward or backward Then look on the dates and days in the calendar for our event: IKF 11 (SP) And there will be icons: Entry List = Info Flyer = Registration = Add to outlook calendar = The Info Flyer has event and registration information in a PDF document. Click to download and View or Print the Flyer. Click on the clipboard/car to register for the event.
Registration Page STEP 1 CHOOSE YOUR ENTRY, CLASS, KART, and ANY OPTIONS When you register for the event, you will be on this page the following steps focus on each area: To begin, select your Entry Fee single or multiple class entries and the option for Saturday Practice Next, add Pit Passes for crew and family add a name, and click on the + and repeat for each additional Pit Pass REMEMBER the basic entry includes the Driver Pass only Consider the class or classes that you are entering, select Tires, Fuel, Oil, and Transponder as needed. These areas have defaults, you need to review these. See Tire Chart at the end of this document. If you have different karts in your garage, Select Kart, select a Class, and select a Kart Number If you have your own transponder enter the transponder number Otherwise enter 000000 if you are going to rent a transponder for the event. For additional entries, repeat for Kart 2 and so on Then click on CONTINUE at the bottom
STEP 2 - REVIEW ORDER PAGE The next page will come up and you can review your entry information and the fees. Verify all of the information, if something needs to be changed, you can go BACK by clicking at the bottom of the page. Once everything is correct, select your payment method at the bottom of the screen and click CONTINUE and this will start the process to make payment and lock in your registration and fees. If you need to make any changes after clicking CONTINUE, you must CANCEL and re-register. CANCELLATION AND RE-REGISTRATION Since the system will have charged you once registered, any changes are manually processed. When you re-register and get to this page, choose CHECK for payment, and complete your registration. You will be contacted for any adjustments, additional charges, or refunds. STEP 3 - PAYMENT There are two options for payment: Check or Paypal Paypal, you will be taken to PayPal website to login into your account, along with an invoice for your registration. Login and process your payment securely through PayPal. Check, follow the instructions on the payment page for sending your check.
Tire Chart TIRES: It is not mandatory to purchase tires as part of your event registration and entry o It is still an option, and does help to support your racing series and the host clubs To offset this change, a Tire Purchase Waiver Fee of $35 per class is now required if not buying tires with your entry. Competitors must use the proper spec tire for their class. Bring your un-mounted set of tires that you plan to use for competition to Tech at each event and get the tires stamped. No unstamped tires in competition. o Competitors must run all competition segments for a class during a race day with the same set of tires bearing the proper event stamps. If you enter multiple classes, it is your option to use the same tires, as long as they are the stamped event tires. Kid Karts Tires bring un-mounted set of tires that you plan to use for competition to Tech at each event and get the tires stamped. No unstamped tires in competition..
