The Hungarian Divers Federation is commissioned by CMAS to organise the 27 th European Orienteering Championship and 10 th Youth Orienteering European Championship. Divers Federation Date Location 26 th August 2 nd September Gyékényes-Hungary Lake of Gyékényes is located at the south western part of Hungary, approx 235 km far from Budapest, close to the Hungarian Croatian border. Conditions of participation: 27 th OPEN EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP Every CMAS country is entitled to participate if they accept the rules in effect and the relevant CMAS regulation. Each national federation will be represented by a team consists of the following members: Adult team: 1 team manager 5 women 5 men 1 trainer 1 judge 1 doctor 1 technician Junior Team (15-21 years old): 1 team manager 5 junior female 5 junior male 1 trainer Three men and three women respectively can compete for each nation in the individual events and additional 1 1 team in team competition and MONK event. Two female juniors and two male juniors respectively can compete for each nation in the individual events.

1. Application: The preliminary entry form (Annex 1) and A5 form (see CMAS website) must be sent back to Organisers and CMAS until 31st May 2018. Final entry form (Annex 2) must be sent back to Organisers and CMAS until 30th June 2018. End of registration: 30th June 2018 Teams should present the following documents at arriving: Bank note of payment of participation fee and CMAS fee. CMAS fee must be paid directly to CMAS account until 31st May 2018. Competitors CMAS licence / 2018 Fees: EUR 650 per adult competitor (includes EUR 500 participation fee + EUR 150 organizing fee) EUR 575 per youth competitor (includes EUR 500 participation fee + EUR 75 organizing fee) EUR 500 per other person EUR 100 protest fee The fees listed above should be paid to the following bank account: Magyar Búvár Szakszövetség Nonprofit Kft. If these fee are paid after 30th June 2018 then 10% surcharge are applied. These costs do not include the participation fee regarding A5 form. It must be paid directly to CMAS.

Organizing fee contains: o Organisation related cost of the competition o Administration o Bottle filling o Doping control (H) Participation fee contains: o Full board accommodation (meal 3 times a day, mineral water at meals) o Opening and closing ceremonies o Presents o Closing party Participation fee depending on the date of payment: Fee for the closing party (for guests with no participation fee paid) 30 / person 2.Accommodation: Apartmant house**: near to the lake, about 300-800m far from competition area. Hotel***: 2-3 beds rooms. Meals are available 3 times a day. First meal (dinner) served at arrival day on 26 th August. Last meal (breakfast) served on 2 nd September. If you wish to arrive few days earlier training camp is available. Training costs 15 /day/competitor (including bottle filling). Please indicate your participation request until 15 th May. We can provide airport transfer for teams from Budapest to Gyékényes. Transfer costs 150 / person. We can only assure the transfer fee for those teams who send back the Annex 1 until the deadline of 31st May.

3. Bottle filling: o Only organizers are in charge of bottle filling. Maximum filling pressure is 20Mpa (200 bar). Connection possibilities are according to INT and DIN standard. For other extensions please bring your own adapters. Only cylinders with a valid DIN/EN certificate will be filled. o All participating countries are responsible for adhering to their national rules regarding compressed air diving devices. o All devices will be checked by the Hungarian authorities (MBSZ) before the start of the competition. 4. Additional information: Events are held according to the enclosed Programme list. Final results, prizes and daily programmes are provided according to the valid CMAS rules. International Jury is set according to CMAS rules. The Organising Committee appoints the Team of Judges. Protest can be submitted according to CMAS rules. Protest fee is 100. Teams arriving by bus or car should get in touch with the organizers first for registration and other information. Organisers ask all teams to bring two national flags (each 2m X 1m) and the national anthem on pendrive. The competition will be organised according to the current CMAS rules. The competitors themselves are responsible for the proper condition of their equipment. Every athlete must have a valid CMAS license and a medical certificate not older than one year. Every athlete must have an own buoy. The buoy is marked with the flag, the name of the nation and the name of the competitor. Starting order in the individual events (except parallel race) will be in the reverse order of the final result of the World Cup ranking (the first place in the world cup will be the last starter in the championship). Starter which have no World Cup ranking are drawn in advance. The organizer declines any liability. All competitors take part at their own risk. Organisers reserve the right for any change in the programme. Participating teams will get all information about the changes in time.
