Saturday, March 4 th, 2017 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm (teams should arrive by 11:30pm) WHERE: Moe s Original BBQ 2727 S. Parker Rd., Aurora, CO 80014 WHO: HOW: COSTS: PRIZES: FORMS: Teams are comprised of one team captain and four additional bowlers who may be family, friends, neighbors or business associates. Bowlers collect donations made payable to Centennial Lodge #4 with Bowl-A-Thon Fundraiser on the memo line. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Open World Learning (O.W.L.) Each team commits to raise a MINIMUM of $150. Each bowler pays $10.99 + tax, which includes 2 hours of unlimited bowling, shoes and a ball, however, any money over the $30 raised by an individual can be applied toward his/her bowling fee for the event(up to the fee amount) with the remaining money, if any, being included in the team total. Example: If an individual raises $50, $30 is applied to the team goal, approximately $11.77 is applied to that individuals bowling fee, and the remaining $8.23 is added to the team total. There will be prizes for most money raised by an individual AND by a team, and highest scoring individual AND highest scoring team. Monies raised that are applied toward bowling fees are not counted towards prizes, only money applied to the team total will count. Donations may also be mailed to Centennial Lodge #4 P.O.
