WATER A private well provides the needed water for the property. There are 130 additional shares of water from Dover Irrigation Company providing 130 acre feet of water. The property also has four artisan wells. ZONING Pigs Gun Club is zoned agricultural with the primary use of land designated for agricultural and livestock-raising purposes.
