Rules and Regulations 1. All riders and handlers must wear correct headgear (up to current 2018 standards) 2. Deveron Pony Club and the landowners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to the public, their vehicles, horse or rider. 3. The decision of the judge is final in every case. Any competitor or groom guilty of disobedience/rudeness to any judge, official or steward will be disqualified. Entry fees will not be returned. 4. Horses, ponies and dogs must be treated with dignity and respect at all times. 5. Entries received will not be refunded after the closing date except on production of a veterinary certificate. 6. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. 7. Photos may be taken and published at this competition. 8. Please keep the showground as you find it, clean of any droppings or hay. 9. All challenges must be logged with the secretary, in writing, before 3pm on the 5 th May 2018 along with 25 which shall be forfeited to Deveron Pony Club should it be the opinion of the committee that the protest was raised on unreasonable grounds. The committee shall have the power to settle all disputes connected with the affairs of Deveron Pony Club and against their decision there will be no appeal. 10. The making of an entry implies acceptance of all the rules and regulations.
