Please make sure that you are checked in 30 minutes prior to your first routine. A signed Medical Release for all participating dancers will be due at this time and can be found on our website at www.westcoastelitedance.com. Admission: Admission is $10 per person. Children 6-10 are $5. All Children under six will be admitted free. Performers will receive a wristband and will not be charged admission. Each team will also receive two additional wristbands for their coaches. Credit cards will not be accepted for admission. WCE App: Take your competition experience to the next level with the WCE App! Enjoy viewing the schedule in real time, reading judges bios, viewing the competition photo stream and voting for your favorite dance of the day! Videos: Please note videotaping is strictly prohibited, and will be grounds for dismissal from the competition. Affordable professional DVD s will be available for purchase, and all teams will receive video adjudications. Music: Please upload all music to the WCE online registration site 5 days prior to the competition. Under the registration for each competition there is an upload music button. Please make sure all music is being uploaded to the correct corresponding routine. Please have an ipod/phone/computer on hand as back-up. Programs: Programs will be available for purchase. Concessions: Meals, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day. Score sheets: All routines will receive a video adjudication from all 3 judges! All video critiques will be e-mailed by Tuesday following the competition. A detailed breakdown of scores for each category your team participated in will be available at the sound table at the end of the competition.!
