Applications A COMPLETE CHOICE OF PRESSURE MEASUREMENT SOLUTIONS Established in 1972, Druck specialises in the design and manufacture of rugged, high performance pressure transmitters and related products for a wide range of industries and applications. The PTX Series fixed range and RTX Series fully rangeable pressure transmitters use the standard 2 wire 4 to 20mA output configuration. They offer a wide choice of cost/performance levels for all sectors of industry. High Performance At the heart of each Druck pressure transmitter is an advanced silicon pressure module produced from raw material within Druck s own silicon processing facility. The piezo-resistive silicon element is mounted within a high integrity metallic pressure module. The combination of this high technology sensor, together with a range of advanced signal conditioning and packaging techniques, provides an optimum long term solution for reliable, accurate and highly economical pressure measurements. Flexible Design Druck employs a large multi-disciplined sensor engineering team, experienced in the use of ASIC, hybrids and surface mount technology. For the PTX Series, a flexible core concept is used for the pressure sensing module and electronics assembly. A wide choice of electrical and pressure connections is available and for specialised applications, custom versions can be supplied.
