Article 1 Organisation The Competition, which has the status of an International Competition, shall be run in conformity with: - the International Sporting Code ("the Code") and its Appendices, - the National Sporting Code where applicable, - the official FIA Bulletins, - the General Prescriptions applicable to International Hill Climb Competitions, - the Sporting Regulations of the FIA International Hill Climb Cup ( the Sporting Regulations ), and - these. Special cases shall be submitted to the stewards. 1

d) Driver classifications shall be established by combining the times of each Driver s two race heats. Licence requirements: Drivers: Car driving licence and Grade A, B, C, D or R International Licence. In Hill Climbs, the Grade R licence is not valid only for cars in Groups CN, D and E2 of Category II defined in Article 251.1.1 of the Appendix J. In Hill Climbs, the Grade C licence (minimum) is required for cars in Groups CN, D and E2 of Category II defined in Article 251.1.1 of Appendix J. Competitors: International. In order to be taken into consideration, the entry form, duly dated and signed by the Driver and the Competitor, must be sent to the organiser before the closing date. Rejections, Withdrawals: In the event that an entry is rejected or the Competition is cancelled, the entry fees shall be reimbursed in full. In case of withdrawal for reasons of Force Majeure (no-show for administrative checking and scrutineering) after the publication of the entry list, 50% of the base entry fees shall be reimbursed to the Competitor(s), subject to receipt of a written request. Article 3 Eligible cars Groups and Categories capacity 6500cm 3 or below. 3.1 Category 1 Production cars: The Competition is open to cars holding a national technical passport and complying with the prescriptions of Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the following groups: Group N Production cars, including Group R1. Group A Touring cars, including World Rally Cars, Super 1600 and cars from Groups R2 and R3. Group S20 Super 2000 cars (Circuit and Rally combined), including Groups R4 and R5. Group GT Grand Touring cars (GT3 and RGT combined). 3.2 Category 2 Competition cars: The Competition is open to cars holding a national technical passport and complying with the prescriptions of Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the following groups: Group D/E2-SS (Single-seater) International Formula or Free Formula single-seater racing cars with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm 3 or below. Group CN Two-seater production sports cars, open or closed, with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm 3 or below. Group E2-SC (Sportscar) Two-seater competition cars, open or closed, with a cylinder capacity of 3000cm 3 or below. Group E2-SH (Silhouette) Cars having the appearance of a large production road car with at least 2 seats and the same shaped windscreen as this car. Cylinder capacity 6500cm 3 or below. 3.3 Category 3 E1 cars: The Competition is open to cars holding a national technical passport and complying with the prescriptions of Appendix J (unless otherwise indicated) for the following group: Group E1 Production, Touring or Large Scale Series Production cars having at least 4 seats (excluding 2+2), as defined by Article 277 of Appendix J, Category 1. Cylinder 3 3.4 Cars will be divided into the following cylinder classes: Category 1 Group N Group A Category 2 Group D/E2- SS Group CN Category 3 Group E1 up to 2000cm 3 over 2000cm 3 up to 2000cm 3 over 2000cm 3 up to 3000cm 3 up to 3000cm 3 up to 6500cm 3 Group S20 Group GT Group E2-SC Group E2-SH up to 2000cm 3 over 2000cm 3 up to 2000cm 3 over 2000cm 3 up to 3000cm 3 up to 6500cm 3 Article 4 Obligations of Participants Competition numbers: The organiser shall provide each participant with at least four sets of Competition numbers. Two sets of Competition numbers must be clearly displayed on both sides of the car throughout the Competition. Two sets of Competition numbers (maximum height 15 cm) must be placed on the right side of the windscreen (or, if the car has no windscreen, on a forward-facing part of the car) and on the left side of the rear window. Cars without their correct Competition numbers shall not be allowed to take the start. Advertising: The organiser has made the following advertising arrangements: - Logo of the "Cup": positioning according to the Appendix to the Sporting Regulations - Other: to be announced by the organiser by bulletin. The organiser's third party insurance is valid for the entire duration of the Competition, not only during official practice and race heats but also for travelling from the parking area to the course of the Competition and back. Article 7 Protests and appeals Protest fee: 300. Appeal fee set by the ASN: 2500 PLN ( 580 approx). International appeal fee (FIA): 6000. Any protest must be lodged in accordance with the prescriptions of the Code. Protests must be made in writing and given to the clerk of the course or to his assistant, or in their absence to a steward, accompanied by the requisite protest fees. If the protest requires the dismantling and reassembly of various parts of a car, the claimant must also pay a deposit which shall be set by the stewards. Competitors have the right to appeal, as established in Articles 15.1 to 15.4 of the Code and as provided for in the regulations of the International Court of Appeal. Article 8 Podium, Prizes and Awards 8.1 Trophies The classifications shall be established and shall entail the distribution by the organiser of awards and cash prizes as follows: a) General classification General classification of the Cup (all Cup groups combined) Trophy 1st 1 Cup 2nd 1 Cup 3rd 1 Cup b) Groups N, A, S20, GT, D/E2-SS, CN, E2-SC, E2-SH and E1 ification for each Cup Group Trophy 1st 1 Cup 2nd 1 Cup 3rd 1 Cup

8.2 Cash prizes and/or special prizes Not applicable 8.3 a) Trophies In groups with fewer than 3 starters, only the Driver who finishes first shall receive a trophy. b) All trophies are cumulative and may be combined with one another and with other prizes awarded by the organisers in the other jointly-organised Competitions. c) Awarding of prizes: Trophies are awarded during the podium Ceremony. Article 9 Additional provisions by the organiser 9.1 All documents deposited in Race Office may be collected by competitors in Parc Fermé after the last race heat. Withdrawn competitors must collect the documents in Race Office. In case of non collecting the above documents, the Organiser will return the documents for a fee of 100 PLN ( 23 approx.) to be transferred on his bank account. 9.2 In special and justified cases the organizer allows additional administrative checks and scrutineering after 19:00 on 11.05.2018 with a payment of an additional fee 300 PLN ( 70 approx.). ceremony and receiving the award being clothed in sporting outfit, i.e. overalls buttoned up and shoes complying with the provisions of motorsport. 9.8. The entry to the race is the conclusion of a civil law contract with the organizer. It also means the consent of the competitor / driver for the processing of his personal data for purposes related to the organization of the above race, and the whole series of competitions in which the race is organized. This application also means consent to the publication of photographs containing competitor / driver image and his/her results on the PZM website as well as other websites of the organizers of the rounds of each competition series under which the competition is organized. A Competitor / Driver has the right to access his / her personal data, correct them and request to cease processing of these data. A request to cease processing of his / her personal data means resignation from participation in the competition. Furthermore, each established or confirmed case of infringement by the competitor/driver or his personnel member, within the confines of the existing vehicle park, will be treated as an offense. A penalty may be imposed according to the stewards decision. 9.5 All the competitors undertake the use of protective sheet under the car to prevent from damage and pollution of ground petroleum-derived materials. 9.6 Each competitor is obliged to keep a fire extinguisher (min. 4 kg) within immediate reach of his park. 9.7 Each competitor/driver is obliged to care of proper setting of completion of the event through proper behaviour, personal participation in the award 5

Article 4 Obligations of Participants Competition numbers: The organiser shall provide each participant with at least four sets of Competition numbers. Two sets of Competition numbers must be clearly displayed on both sides of the car throughout the Competition. Two sets of Competition numbers (maximum height 15 cm) must be placed on the right side of the windscreen (or, if the car has no windscreen, on a forward-facing part of the car) and on the left side of the rear window. Cars without their correct Competition numbers shall not be allowed to take the start. Article 7 Protests and appeals Protest fee: 300. International appeal fee (FIA): 3000. Any protest must be lodged in accordance with the prescriptions of the Code. Protests must be made in writing and given to the clerk of the course or to his assistant, or in their absence to a steward, accompanied by the requisite protest fees.

If the protest requires the dismantling and reassembly of various parts of a car, the claimant must also pay a deposit which shall be set by the stewards. The International Court of Appeal will hear, in the context of a Competition forming part of an FIA Championship (which includes the FIA Historic Hill Climb Championship), appeals against decisions of the stewards of a Competition brought by organisers, Competitors, Drivers or other licence-holders that are addressees of such decisions or that are individually affected by such decisions. In this case, the ASNs cannot refuse to give their assistance and agreement (Article 14.1.1 of the Judicial and Disciplinary Rules of the FIA). Article 8 Podium, Prizes and Awards: 8.1 Trophies The classifications shall be established and shall entail the distribution by the Organiser of awards and cash prizes as follows: Categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 ification for each Championship Category Trophy 1st 1 Cup 2nd 1 Cup 3rd 1 Cup 8.2 Cash prizes and/or special prizes Not applicable 8.3 a) Prizes shall be awarded regardless of the number of Drivers who take the start. b) All trophies are cumulative and may be combined with one another and with other prizes awarded by the Organiser in the other jointly-organised Competitions. c) Awarding of prizes: Trophies are awarded during the Podium Ceremony. Article 9 Additional provisions by the Organiser 9.1 All documents deposited in Race Office may be collected by competitors in Parc Fermé after the last race heat. Withdrawn competitors must collect the documents in Race Office. In case of non collecting the above documents, the Organiser will return the documents for a fee of 100 PLN ( 23 approx.) to be transferred on his bank account. 9.2 In special and justified cases the organizer allows additional administrative checks and scrutineering after 19:00 on 11.05.2018 with a payment of an additional fee 300 PLN ( 70 approx.). 9.3 The dates and place of subsequent stewards meetings will be established at the first stewards meeting and it will be published on the official notice board. 9.4 During the whole time of the Competition, inside the Service park the absolute speed limit of 30 km/h will be applied. Furthermore, each established or confirmed case of infringement by the competitor/driver or his personnel member, within the confines of the existing vehicle park, will be treated as an offense. A penalty may be imposed according to the stewards decision. 9.5 All the competitors undertake the use of protective sheet under the car to prevent from damage and pollution of ground petroleum-derived materials. 9.6 Each competitor is obliged to keep a fire extinguisher (min. 4 kg) within immediate reach of his park. 9.7 Each competitor/driver is obliged to care of proper setting of completion of the event through proper behaviour, personal participation in the award ceremony and receiving the award being clothed in sporting outfit, i.e. overalls buttoned up and shoes complying with the provisions of motorsport. 9.8. The entry to the race is the conclusion of a civil law contract with the organizer. It also means the consent of the competitor / driver for the processing of his personal data for purposes related to the organization of the above race, and the whole series of competitions in which the race is organized. This application also means consent to the publication of photographs containing competitor / driver image and his/her results on the PZM website as well as other websites of the organizers of the rounds of each competition series under which the competition is organized. A Competitor / Driver has the right to access his / her personal data, correct them and request to cease processing of these data. A request to cease processing of his / her personal data means resignation from participation in the competition.
