The Friendshipcup 2018 is an Interclub Competition. It will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution and General Regulations. Organizer: Location: SCM Merano Meranarena, Via Palade - Merano Fax: +390473/232126 Cell: +393337263842 Date: Entries: November 1 st November 4 th Closed number of participants not more then 80 for the follow categories: Pre novice Entries must be send at: Closing date: October 7 th 2015 Charges: 55,00 per participant Entry fee payment Cancellation Expenses of Competitors: Entries of Officials: Cost of Officials: Time-Schedule: All entry fees of one club have to be paid with one bank transaction to the organizer s given bank account by October 11 th the latest. The entry fee payment details will be sent in the confirmation by email or by fax. Raiffeisen Merano IBAN: IT23K0813358591000010128729 Cancellation of the competitor entry, if any, have to be done until October 23 rd. For any later cancellation, the entry fee has to be paid. The Organizing Committee will not cover any competitors expenses Each participating foreign Club is allowed to propose a national or international TS, TC or Judge. The final composition of the panels will be decided by FISG-GUG according with the Organizing Committee and communicated to the participating Club in time. The Organizing Committee will cover accommodation for invited officials. Meals for all officials will be provided at the ice-rink during the days of competition November 1 st : Pre Novice girls and boys Time schedule can be changed and communicated on www.sportclubmeran.it after October 11 th. Accommodation: The Organizing Committee will provide for full-board and room arrangements for invited TS, TC, Referees and Judges only. Participants, Coaches and other Team members may book accommodation individually. 2
