Items Most of the addon items, can be found in secret rooms and dungeon or by trading and quests, but there is a few ones who requires crafting and/or mining. Darknut Armor: Can be crafted by combining Iron Armor with Coal, Iron Ingots or Flint. The weldable Knight's Crest can be crafted by combining a Knight's Crest with a pair of Iron Leggings. Toon Link's Armor(aka. The Toonic): Get this toonic from your old grandmother! Show her how big you are by slashing your sword! The Basic Swords: The basic sword can be crafted with 1 stick and 2 iron ingots put diagonally in the crafting table. For Oshus Sword or the Recruit Sword, see the secrets section. The Razor and Gilded Swords: The Razor Sword can be obtained by sharpening a normal Kokiri Sword at the local blacksmith(a villager :P) It last 100 hits(takes 2 damage when destroying blocks) The Gilded Sword can be obtained by showing the Snowhead blacksmiths the precious Gold Dust. The Hero's Shield: Get this shield from your old grandmother! Show her how big you are by slashing your sword!
The Blue Mirror Shield: To obtain this shield, show a Delicious Hero's Shield to a hungry Biggoron. He will probably eat your old one, but he'll give you a shiny blue one..! The Face Mirror Shield: To obtain this shield, slam a Gibdo with your Blue Mirror Shield. Seems cool right? The Skyward Sword Shields: You can buy the standard shields at various traders, and they can be upgraded at a fairy pond. The 8Bit Shields: You can find these in secret rooms! Can be upgraded at a fairy pond. The 8Bit Swords: The first and original 'Wooden Sword' can be found in secret rooms. It can be upgraded twice at a fairy pond. The Goddess Swords: Can be found in the darkest dungeons. Bathe it in a sacred flame to upgrade it! The Fierce Deity and Great Fairy Swords: To obtain the Fierce Deity Sword, you must find the remains of the sword, prove your own power and even obtain his powers.
To obtain the Great Fairy Sword, you must find some Great Fairy Dust and throw it into a fairy pool. (But are you powerful enough to wield it?) The Phantom and Lokomo Swords: To obtain the Phantom Sword, you must obtain the three pure metals, forge the blade and find the handle. Show the blade or the handle to Oshus, and he'll forge the sword for you. To obtain the Lokomo Sword, you must obtain some Spirit Essence and combine the Phantom Sword with the essence. (If you put the Lokomo Sword, into the crafting grid it will become the Phantom Sword again.(you'll loose the Spirit Essence)) Boss Chest Loot: Spirit Essence, The Phantom Hourglass, The Fierce Fragments Locked Chest Loot: Great Fairy Dust, Gold Dust The Ordon Shield: This can be found in blacksmith chests. Nuff said' Crimsonine, Azurine, Aquanine: These metals can be found in ores, generated very rarely. They can be used to craft The Phantom Blade.
Mobs There aren't many addon mobs, but those who does exists aren't really... Complicated. Land Octoroks: Only spawns on plains and swamp biomes. They come in two colors, a red and a blue one. The blue shoots bombs and the red one shoots seeds.
Secrets and Spoilers Most of the addon items, require you to look and try a lot, but if you're lazy or something, check this section. BUT BE WARNED. SPOILER ALERTS. Item Secrets: Skyward Sword Shield Fairy Costs: Banded Shield: 30 Rupees Braced Shield: 50 Rupees Reinforced Shield: 50 Rupees Fortified Shield: 100 Rupees Divine Shield: 100 Rupees Goddess Shield: 150 Rupee 8Bit Shield Fairy Costs: 64 Rupees 8Bit Sword Fairy Costs: 128 Rupees (per. upgrade) The Fierce Deity Sword requires: Maximum Heart Containers: 15 Items in Inventory: Fierce Deity Mask The Great Fairy Sword requires: Maximum Heart Containers: 10 Rupees Required: 64 Oshus Sword and Recruit Sword: Swing a basic sword for either a Soldier or Oshus, and he'll give you a new and shiny sword!
