If you are unsure about whether you can do more than one a day, shoot us an email, and our team will let you know. We suggest no more than one activity per location, with the exception of Rotorua, Taupo, Queenstown and Franz Josef - all places where two activities can be fitted in. In the unlikely event that you up pre-book activities that clash, we'll let you know in advance and give you all the options. Can I cancel an activity that I have pre-booked? Yes, but please note that you may be charged a partial or full fee by the activity provider if you cancel an activity either on the road or within 30 days of your departure. Do I have to book activities? No the only thing that is compulsory is getting on the bus. Having said that, almost all of our customers will book activities with us. If you don't do any activities your guide will have heaps of free things for you to see and do, so you won't get bored. What do I do when other people in my group are doing activities? Your awesome guide will always have plenty for you to see or do when other people are doing activities. There are loads of quirky, cool and downright amazing things to discover while in NZ so you ll always have options. Cancellations If your activity gets cancelled due to bad weather, you ll get a full refund or if possible we will try and find an alternative. For example, if your Sky Diving in Queenstown gets cancelled, there are other places on tour that you could sky dive from it s all up to you though, of course.
