INTRODUCTION 2 INTRODUCTION In 1997, Mr. Strong Guo began making his own brand of bicycle frames. In the first year of operation, he distributed more than 500 frames and complete bikes. During this time he began to design his own frames and outsourced the manufacturing, but subsequently built his own factory. Matrix Cycles now builds and designs bicycle frames to the highest quality with strong materials and has recently expanded its traditional market place, being Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines in to mainland Europe. 7 MTB FRAMES TANK RUBY FULL CARBON At just 1260g (size 15 ) the tank ruby is a lightweight carbon hard-tail designed for maximum performance. Its compromise free geometry gives optimum ride position to facilitate long hours on the trail whilst its localised oversized tubing provides superior stiffness. Power is efficiently channelled through the drive train and tapered head-tube, which compliments additional rigidity at the front end ensuring precise steering. 9 MTB FRAMES TANK HONE The Tank Hone is an excellent value 6 travel all mountain frame utilizing a concentric bottom bracket pivot with a linkage driven shock. This design enhances lateral stiffness eliminating chain growth. Its full length (interrupted, but unobstructed) seat tube allows extensive seat height adjustment whilst hydro formed tubing and CNC frame elements result in a light frame weight of just 3.2 kg including the Suntour rear shock. Its compact geometry promotes responsive and lively handling making it nimble and manoeuvrable over technical terrain.
