Tournament History 2007 1 st tournament, together 6 teams from 2 countries participate 2010 Tournament has grown to 14 teams including 5 foreign participants. 2011 For the first time German Bundesliga - Werder Bremen - and Russian Premier League - CSKA Moscow - teams participate. 2013 For the first time English Premier League team - West Ham United - participates. 2014 Tournament moves to the main stadium in Liepaja - Daugava Stadium (Capacity: 5000) 2016 Online platform gets introduced - results are updated and can be followed in live mode from anywhere in the world as it happens 2017 Tournament has grown to 18 teams including 15 foreign participants. 2019 Live video stream of the tournament!

2019 tournament information Time: Arrival for the teams would be day before tournaments kick-off on Thursday, June 6th. There is possibility to arrange friendly games or training session. First games will start on Friday morning. After the first day games we will be hosting Welcome Party for Team Officials. Venue; Natural grass pitch and artificial pitch of Stadium "Daugava", Liepaja, Jurmalas parks. Age group: Boys born after January 1st 2008. Team consists of 14 players and 2 officials Rules: 18 teams will be divided into 3 groups. After group games top two teams will qualify for the golden tournament, 3rd and 4th for silver and 5th and 6th for bronze respectively. After the gold group games, extra 2 matches will be played to decide top 4. Teams in a 3rd and 4th position of the golden tournament will play an extra game for 3rd place and 1st and 2nd teams for first place respectively. 5 games a day is guaranteed. Duration: 1 X 20 min in group games without half time. 2X10 min in extra games. Playing court dimensions: 1/2 of football field, size of goal 2 X 5 m 8 players start the game, one of them has to be a goalkeeper Golkeeper is not alowed to pick up back-pass by hands The penalty spot is to be situatedat a distance of 8 metres from the goal line Points awarded: for win 3 points, draw 1 point, defeat 0 point If more than one team have an equal amount of points, the higher placing is taken by the team that has: more points in a head-to-head game, better goal difference in games, a higher number of goals scored. 1 2 teams share same changing room Number of substitutes are not limited Normal ball - size 4 Off side - NO Liepaja council covers flight local costs and transfers from Riga airport and back for invited teams. Referees: The referees will come from Latvian Football Federation. Prizes: Players of top 3 teams will be awarded with medals. The winning team will receive a trophy, top 3 teams will receive cups. All teams will be awarded with memory prizes. MVP - players will be awarded with special prizes.
