Thursday from 09.05-11:55 and 13:05-23:55 Saturday from 09:05 till Sunday 18:25 Before and after the times from beginning and ending there must be a complete motor silence for all competition vehicles. The motor silence is obliged for every car, each breach will be fined with a penalty going on from 250,00 to even exclusion from the race meeting if this motor silence isn t respected. There is complete motor silence for cars with combustion engines: - until 09:00 on Thursday and Saturday - between 12:00 and 13:00 on Thursday - after 24:00 on Thursday and after 18:30 on Sunday -> Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday day and night! This applies to all race cars, motorbikes, quads and sound equipments. The organizer is submitted to the regulations on music activities as listed in chapters 4.5, 5.32 and 6.7 of the Flemish Environmental Legislation (VLAREM) and article 561 of the Criminal Code concerning noise at night.

Garages/Boxes All cars must share garages. 3 cars per double garage. The space at the rear is limited so if all trucks do not fit behind your allocated garage(s) these vehicles can be parked close by in a paddock TBC. The area behind the garages is only destined for sportive purposes and therefore it may not be used for hospitality tents or hospitality busses. Any breach will be fined : 65,00/m². Each commercial or promotional activity must be submitted to VZW Terlamen for approval in written. Passes 50 guest tickets, 20 pitlane tickets, 50 grid walk passes, 2 paddock passes for service vehicle, 2 passes for Belcar team car park, 5 parking passes for parking teams and 2 motorhome or caravan passes (dimensions per motorhome or caravan maximum 2,5 m x 5 m.) We need the email address of the drivers because we will send each driver 20 extra tickets for the 24 Hours. Supplementary paddock tickets for teams and drivers: buy 1 get 1 free! Fuel Till the start of the race at the fuel station in paddock 4 (with credit cards) and during the race at the installation at the beginning of the pitlane. The tanks are all calibrated on speed: all 38liters/min. Deposits Deposit fuel For the use of fuel an advance of 2.750,00 must be paid by bank transfer before 03 August 2018, with reference : 24 Hours 2018 Fuel race number xxx. Deposit bracelets Those who do not have bracelets from the previous races or for the race by race entries a deposit of 200,00 is required. Deposit has to be paid before 03 August 2018. For the race by race entries: the deposit will be refunded if the bracelets are returned in good condition to the race secretariat, at the latest one hour after the end of the race. The stickers with the publicity of the series or event will be supplied by the organizer/promotor and must be affixed by the competitors to their cars before scrutineering. Race Position Display As last year Circuit Zolder has an agreement with SPAA05.com regarding the availability of the Race Position Display. This system is obliged for every participating car. Deposit Race Position Display 250,00 to be paid to employees SPAA05.com at the circuit. See article 35.21 of the Regulations. Leaving Paddock Dismantling is only allowed after the end of the race. Teams who have to dismantle after abandon of the race have to require a permission by the clerk of the course. Breaking this rule will be punished by the organizers.
