Bking a Grup Visit Bking yur grup f 20 r mre is easy! Simply fill ut the Online Grup Reservatin Frm with yur grup name, cntact infrmatin, day f the week/date requesting, estimated number f participants and any additinal infrmatin. This can be fund at WilmtMuntain.cm under the Lift Tickets/Grup Bking Page! *Grups must be bked at least 4 days prir t the requested date. *Final numbers must be prvided 3 days prir. Grup Rates Mnday Thursday: Unlimited Snw Tubing frm 4pm 9pm = $21 per persn Friday: Unlimited Snw Tubing frm 4pm 10pm = $27 per persn Saturday-Sunday (and Hlidays): 2 Hur Windw frm 9am-10pm = $27 per persn *Tubing sessins start at every half hur. We will need t knw yur scheduled sessin in rder t reserve tickets. Rental Optins: Helmet: $8 rental There will be limited grup availability Mnday January 22 nd and February 18 th. Hlidays: December 24th January 6 th, January 19 th 21 st (MLK weekend), and February 16 th 18 th (President s Day weekend).
Befre yur Arrival: Cnfirmatin Email: Once we receive yur Reservatin Request, we will send yur cnfirmatin email requesting: Billing infrmatin: this is required t create the grup accunt and will later be used fr payment. We require a Credit Card n file. This infrmatin is prvided ver the phne. Yu will be sent a reservatin cnfirmatin with all billing infrmatin. Final numbers, please ver-estimate this number, we will return any vuchers that are nt used. There will als be tw frms attached: Rental Frm and the Winter Activities Release. The Rental Frm is t be filled ut by any participant that is renting equipment. The Winter Activities Release will be required by any participant taking a lessn. We ask that nly the grup leader check in. At this time yu will cnfirm the number f participants, turn in all Winter Activity Release Waiver Frms, and receive yur preprinted
tickets. After yu have cnfirmed yur tickets, yu will give each f yur grup members a ticket & a zip-tie t be secured t a zipper n the utside f their jacket. The grup leader will als be picking up any Meal Deal vuchers at this time as well. Nte: yu must detach the receipt prtin f the tubing ticket, keep this in a safe place. This is used in case the ticket falls ff and we need t print a new ne. We will nt be able t refund r return any lst vuchers. Payment We require Tubing grups t pay the day f the uting, after everyne has arrived. We d nt allw individual participants t pay separately. We will return all unused vuchers. We accept all majr Credit Cards, Cash r Check. Departure Equipment: Please make sure t return all Wilmt Muntain Tubes t the prper area. If anyne in yur grup rented a helmet please return them t the rental statin. Checking ut: If yu have any unused tickets/vuchers please put them back int the envelpe and bring t the Guest Services Desk and we will return them. TUBING RULES: 1. Recmmended minimum height fr all riders is 42 inches (3 feet 6 inches) tall 2. Yu must have a valid tubing ticket t access the tubing hill (included in yur tubing fee) 3. Tubing while impaired r visibly intxicated will nt be allwed 4. One rider per tube 5. Up t a maximum f 4 tubes may link up t ride dwn the hill tgether depending n lane cnditins. A Tubing Lane Attendant will let yu knw if this is allwed. 6. Fllw attendant s signal befre starting 7. Immediately leave the run ut area and lk uphill fr appraching tubes befre crssing ther lanes t exit What d yu need fr tubing? 1. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prir t yur reservatin time in rder t check in. 2. A tube is prvided as part f the ticket fee. 3. Winter weather cnditins are variable. Please dress accrdingly. 4. Recmmended attire includes a waterprf/windprf uter layer, warm bts, hat, glves and sunglasses r gggles. 5. Wearing ski bts during tubing is NOT allwed. 6. Tubing is available in all weather cnditins snw r sun (dn t frget yur sunscreen)! And weather cnditins may affect track speed. 7. Snw cnditins will determine if grups f tubers (up t 4 tubes maximum may be cnnected) riding dwn tgether will be allwed.
