Please note that the allocation of domestic gas is in the domain of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MOP&NG) only and the details requested here are for demand assessment from prospective customers, evacuation logistics (existing/proposed), lead time, etc. 3. Interested parties may include documents in support of their furnished information. 4. Submitting EOI and providing details will not give any prescriptive right to the participant for the allocation of gas. 5. This EOI is not an invitation for bids for allocation or use of gas. 6. ONGC, as an operator of the NELP Block CY-ONN-2004/2 reserves the right to accept or reject the EOI and no communication in this regard shall be entertained from the entity/party. 7.
