Hardware [ ] TOW EYES: (QTY.3) two located at stern and one at bow. [ ] CLEATS: (QTY.5) - pull up, one located at the bow, 2 located at the stern, port and starboard side, and 2 located even with dash on port and starboard side. [ ] ROPE CHOCKS: (QTY.2) stainless steel, located port and starboard side of bow cleat. [ ] RUB RAIL is made of stainless steel, 1 1/4" wide and 100% through bolted. Cockpit, continued Progression 24LD Stern Drive [ ] SUN CUSHION on the stern drive model the hatch comes in 3' and 4', depending on cockpit length and drive options. [ ] CARPET is throughout the entire cockpit. You have the choice of any two colors of the many that we have to offer. [ ] COCKPIT COVER comes with a pole vent and 2 side vents with screens. STRAIGHT DASHBOARD Straight dashboard is standard [ ] DASHBOARD runs straight across from port to starboard. [ ] HANDLE is made of 1 stainless steel and is located on the dashboard, port side. [ ] FLOOR LOCKER is located in the center of the floor it starts at the dash and runs forward. It comes with a lockable cover. [ ] CABIN LENGTH 103 from dash to bow bulkhead. Crawl up cuddy is standard [ ] CABIN HEIGHT is approximately 26 inches (average). [ ] HEADLINER through out the cabin is made of a plush light colored fabric. Progression 24LD Stern Drive OPTIONAL Cuddy Cabin [ ] ENTRANCE HATCH is made of bronze Lexan with height adjuster. Windscreens shown are optional [ ] ENTRANCE WAY is an opening into the dashboard to make easy access to cabin. [ ] FLOOR COMPARTMENT is under the cockpit floor located in front of the fuel tank. Opening is in the cabin and covered by snap carpeted cover. [ ] BOW LOCKER has a mirrored access door. [ ] V BUNK is 6' long. The cushion is made up of 3 1/2" thick mattress foam that s covered with plastic. Vinyl covers come in your choice of 2 colors). The cover is made to be easily removed with a zipper that makes for easy cleaning. [ ] V BUNK STORAGE LOCKER: (QTY.1) is a compartment under the V bunk cushion giving you more storage. 6 [ ] CABIN LIGHTS consist of 2 lights in V bunk area and 2 lights in the seating area, controlled by 1 switch located on the dash. [ ] CABIN SEATS: (QTY.2) they seat 4 adults and measure 34 long. The seats face each other and are made of the finest mattress foam. The seats have a total thickness of 3 of cushion. The seat covers are also made with zippers and are completely removable. [ ] MIRRORS: (QTY.2) both are located on the inside of the cabin on the dashboard bulkheads. Progression 24LD Stern Drive Electrical [ ] BOW LIGHT is made of stainless steel and is mounted on the deck (bow). [ ] STERN LIGHT is mounted at the starboard stern and the pole is completely removable. [ ] FUSE PANEL is a ATC/ATO 12 circuit plug in, with a ground bar. [ ] DASH SWITCH PANEL (QTY.1) has 5 waterproof switches with LED indicators. [ ] BILGE PUMP Lovett 1200 works with automatic and manual operation. [ ] BATTERY BOX is made of stainless steel and thru bolted through the floor. [ ] ELECTRICAL TUBING runs from bow to stern and is mounted every 12 inches to protect against the wiring from getting chafed. Stern Drive Rigging For Single Drive Unit [ ] INSTRUMENTS are Mercury gauges, fuel, tachometer, 250 degrees water temperature, voltmeter and 80 PSI oil pressure gauge. [ ] GAFFRIG DRY SPEEDOMETER with a stainless steel kick up water pickup. [ ] DASH SWITCH PANEL is a five-gang switch assembly. [ ] ELECTRICAL RACEWAY wiring trough with removable cover for easy accessibility to existing dashboard wiring. [ ] HELM: Capilano ( 496 Magnum and up) steering helm with Aeroquip Hose and fittings. [ ] ACCESS to the back of the dashboard is through a mirror access panel over cabin Single Engine, 350 Magnum only. [ ] POWER STEERING is by MerCruiser. Progression 24LD Stern Drive Stern Drive Rigging For Single, continued 496 and up the following is standard. [ ] SOLID FRONT ENGINE MOUNTS:To meet engine manufactures warranty requirements, Progression installs this system as standard. [ ] STRINGER MOUNTS are custom made aluminum mounts. These mounts are used to fasten the front engine mount to the stringers. [ ] FUEL FEED system uses Coast Guard approved hose. [ ] CONTROLS are Mercury's panel or console mount Commander 3000 series, with built in trim switch, trailering switch and safety switch. [ ] CABLES: Mercury s, one shift and one throttle. [ ] ENGINE HARNESS and key switch are by Mercury. [ ] THRU TRANSOM EXHAUST comes with 4" stainless steel tips and rings. [ ] LATHAM HYDRAULIC STEERING: includes one steering ram for the single drive application and two rams with an external tie bar for the twin drive applications. We install Latham's rear mount on the drives upper along with stainless steel braided hose and fittings. Progression installs this system to meet the engine manufactures warranty requirements. [ ] PROPELLER is Mercury's 4 blade Bravo. [ ] ELECTRIC HATCH LIFT to make lifting a pleasure to get to engine compartment. Installed with a quick release pin in case of power failure.
