However, in order to do so, the rider must have a valid licence delivered by a National Authority recognized by the UIM and following the UIM activities in Aquabike racing. The single event World Superlicense fee (Rule 203.02.04) is 50. INSURANCE Riders must provide a valid attestation of Civil Responsibility insurance in and out of race (as requested by UIM Rule 203.02.02) for a minimum amount of 1.000.000 and with the exception of coverage of damages caused by the pilots and their Aquabike amongst drivers. Alternatively, one can pay during registration, a single event H2O insurance cover amounting 75. ALLOWANCES Hotel accommodation The Local Organiser is kindly providing hotel rooms with discounted rates in the area. Please note that these rates can only be booked through the local organiser website (http://aquabikeitaly.it) starting from the 28 th of March. REGISTRATION FEE To pre-register, please download and fill the Registration Form (Appendix A) found on www.aquabike.net/races and send it back to us on: info@aquabike.net For all non-contracted riders, it is possible to benefit from an early bird discounted fee when registering by 8 th of May 2017 of 200. For all non-contracted riders registering from 9 th of May, a fee of 250 will apply. For Freestyle category, engagement is free. Kindly note that in order to benefit from the early-bird rate, the following must be done by Monday 8 th of May 2017: Completed official registration form sent to info@aquabike.net Bank transfer payment of 200 made to ABP account. Details will be provided as soon as the registration form is received.

APPENDIX C: PROVISIONAL LOCATION MAP N E W S CAMPER VAN PARKING H2O VIP LOUNGE CAMPERVAN PARKING The Local Organiser has reserved a parking area as per the above map exclusively for the teams. This area will be accessible from 09h00 Tuesday 6th June to 12h00 Monday 12th June. PADDOCK The paddock area is located as per the above map. The paddock will open at 13h00 Wednesday 7th June and needs to be cleared out by 12h00 Monday 12th June. Official participants will need a seasonal or one-event pass to access the area. Contracted riders: kindly note that seasonal passes will be distributed during Registration on Thursday afternoon. Each one-event registered rider will be granted the following: 1 Rider pass 2 Mechanics passes to access dry and wet pit areas Additional guest passes can be purchased at 20 EUR/pass. Contracted riders have priority access to the paddock. Non-contracted rider passes will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
