3 Secretary Notes Meeting Minutes for Jan. 4, 2013 Meeting called to order: 7:40 PM Pledge: President Larry Prayer: V.P. Gary Visitors: Joy and Dawn Panell New Members: Joy and Dawn Panell, John Haworth and family, Doug Fry, Dan Sherwood Minutes from the last meeting were read by Secretary Tim Treasurer report with account standings were given by Treasurer Cathy Discussion: President Larry opened the floor for discussion. Subjects discussed were how to have more hunts for the club; how do other clubs set up locations for club hunts; further discussion on the subject to be held; Gary Carnes suggested a Show and Tell Night for members to display their best finds over their hunting careers Future events coming up were listed: February is 30 th birthday for the Three Forks Treasure Hunters Club Three Rivers Museum in Muskogee set up displays for History Day April 27 and 28 is the TFTHC 27 th National Open Treasure Hunt August will be our 2 nd Ice Cream Social September will be the Kelly B.
