The AMHC Czech Republic is proud to welcome you to the AMHC Czech Inter Cup 2017 Premium Saturday 3 rd June 2017 AMHA Sanctioned Show Starting time show: Saturday 8.30 am This show is approved by AMHA and conducted under the rules and regulations of the American Miniature Horse Association ( AMHA). All participating horses must be registered with AMHA. Any exhibitor with Special Needs is welcome to participate in show. Refunds Refunds will not be given without a veterinarian s written certifcate stating why the horse is unable to show (Illness or Injury). There will be no refunds on stalls, sponsorship or showstand. Substitutions will be accepted without penalty. Photographer Statement Mrs. Martina Buriánová is the Official Photographer for the 2017 AMHC Czech Inter Cup. Her staff has exclusive rights for taking photos in the show ground, including all win pictures. Any other professional photographer(s) except media, observed or found taking photos in the spectator area/stands in the show ring or stabling area during the show will be asked to cease and desist. Health requirements When measuring, your horse s passport will be checked. All horses older 12 months must have negative Coggins test for equine infectious anemia (EIA) not older that 6 months. All horses must have vaccination for equine influenza according to vaccine plan of the producer of the respective vaccine. Vaccine can be done at the latest 7 days before show. In case participation abroad horses on the show newly must be data about horses engaged to the veterinary information system EU ( TRACES).You ask your local veterinarian.owners are responsible for knowing and meeting any health requirements regarding the exhibition of horses and their transport between their home location and the show. Cruelty Cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment of any horse in the show ring, barn, stalls, or on the show grounds is strictly prohibited. The use of stimulants or depressants or any drug affecting the showing of a horse is forbidden. Attire It is the tradition of the show ring that handlers be correctly attired for the classes. Appropriate dress shall not include shorts, T-shirts or open-toed shoes. Management may at its discretion bar any entry or person from entering the ring if not suitably dressed to appear before an audience. Responsibility The sponsor and show management cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damages, or loss to personal property or livestock. Measuring All horses must be measured before entering the ring. Valid annual measurement cards will not be accepted. For identification, either the original or a color photocopy of both sides of each horse s registration papers must be presented to the official measurer at the time of measuring or the horse will not be measured and cannot compete at the show. Exhibitor packets and numbers will be issued after measurement. Age heights Weanlings cannot exceed 30 inches Yearlings cannot exceed 32 inches Two-year-olds cannot exceed 33 inches 3 years of age and older cannot exceed 34 inches Senior stallions Owners of AMHA senior stallions (3 & older) must present a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for cryptorchidism to show management prior to participating. Entry forms Entry forms can be found on the website http://www.amhc.cz/products/amhc-czech-inter-cup-20171/ All amateur & Youth entries must be accompanied by a copy of the current Amateur/Youth card. Each horse entry must be accompanied by a copy of the front and back of the AMHA papers. Each adult stallion entry must be accompanied by a copy Veterinary Inspection for cryptorchidism. Gelded status must be reflected on registration certificate for horse. If the exhibitor in AMHA Amateur is not the same as the owner of the horse, please include copy of the lease agreement with entry. Early arrival or a later departure is possible after agreement. Extra night is 12 Eur, extra shavings is 11 Eur/ bale. Stables are new and connected with riding hall / ring. Hotel is only several steps from riding hall and stable. 6
