Club Reports (continued) NMYSC (Joel Galbraith) * Working with the school district to get all the school fields we can * Coaching clinic for NMYSC coaches on July 30th * Approximately 147 players registered * Approximately 25 teams * 26 coaches and assistant coaches registered SKSC (Susan Prince) * Registration is closed with the exception of certain age/gender brackets with rosters that still have openings. 759 players are registered and 92 teams are created. Still looking for coaches at the micro level * RootBear Jamboree (U7-U10) registration is open to REC teams TSC * 870 players with 775 rec players and 95 select players * 100 teams total, 94 rec and 6 select * 18 coaches still needed for rec teams WSFC * Westsound Summer Classic Tournament was a success with 66 teams participating. 16. Rec Cup Director * Bob Bjornemo has volunteered to be the 2014 Rec Cup Director 17. Referee Contract Negotiations Committee * KPSRA will provide at a minimum match numbers and WYS team ID numbers for misconducts. * $10 fee for match changes within two weeks of the scheduled match * $30 fee for match changes within 48 hours of scheduled match * No fee will be charged due to the owner of the field closing the field for any reason. * Clubs can pay $3500.00 into an account at the scheduling meeting that KPSRA can draw out as needed to pay for referee coverage, or KPSRA can bill them monthly. 5

Operating Procedures * U11 and Below * BSC submitted changes to the Operating Procedure, mostly typographical changes. * The mercy rule was discussed * Discussion about adding a player vs removing a player. The benefit of adding a player is that it allows more playing time vs less playing time by removing a player. The detraction of adding a player is that some teams are running at bare amount of rostered players and makes it difficult to add a player if you only have one substitute for the game. * Motion to accept U11 and Below Operating Procedures with the noted changes and the inclusion of the mercy rule. (Susan Prince) * Second by Joel Galbraith * Motion passes with 1 Objection (BSC) and 0 Abstensions * Full sided Operating Procedures * Motion to accept the Operating Procedures for Full Sided as they are posted on the nsysasoccer.org website as of July 7, 2014 and substituting the current mercy rule from the U11 and Below with the change of the title for that section to U11 and above. New Business * WSFC changed their name to Kitsap Alliance FC * Motion to change WestSound FC to Kitsap Alliance FC (Bob Bjornemo) * Second (Joel Galbraith) * Discussion - none * Motion passes - 0 objections, 0 abstentions * WSFC changed their colors to Blue, Red, White * Motion to add Red to approved colors (Joel Galbraith) * Second (Susan Prince) * Discussion * Last year NMYSC wanted to add a color due to the jerseys that they needed to use, but had to wait to officially add the color at the AGM * Alliance FC will not be playing in leagues, so the color will not affect any other team. * Motion passes - 0 objections, 0 abstentions 21. Scheduler & Webmaster Report Board report August 4, 2014 It s Heating UP, and not just Summer! Prepping for Fall scheduling has been getting VERY busy with plenty of planning meetings and LOTS of club coach and registrar activity across. Plenty of activity is taking place all across the! site administration including: Sportsmanship module turned back on for Fall season use. Misconduct Project through being renewed by Dick Mohrmann, looking forward to KPSRA match reporting inputs. Worked with KPSRA and Disciplinary Committee to revise KPSRA Match reporting template so WYSYA Team # s and Match # s will now be reflected on KPSRA site and linked to misconduct match reports. Operating Procedures finalized and posted PLENTY of fun-raising events, player, ref and coaches clinics being offered across the. On-going activities included: Liming and I have continue working with Club Registrars as they prep teams for Fall scheduling. Reminding coaches (and others) to renew RMA s is an on-going task, as everyone s RMA automatically expired 7/15/2014. Worked this month with VP Admin and Washington Youth Soccer to update Officers with Admin access to Affinity. Meetings with VP Admin and VP Comp regarding software platform review and prep for Fall Scheduling meeting. Sent out Read Ahead Fall scheduling prep and planning document to all club Registrars and Presidents, with thanks for leadership and input to Bob Bjornemo Assisted President with all member mailing seeking Treasurer Over 26,669 total pages, match or user records accessed during July 2014. Steve Shively accounted for 3,341 or 11.59% of total Respectively submitted Steve Shively, Scheduler / Webstaffer Soccer is simple, but it is difficult to play simple. - Johan Cruijff
