We therefore offer a better-than-average warranty. You will receive a 5-YEAR WARRANTY on all i:sy frames and unsprung forks against defects of material or workmanship that result in breaks or cracks. The statutory warranty applies to all other components, with the exception of parts that wear and tear such as tyres, tubes, chains, brake pads, cables etc. During the warranty period, the defective parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge. All warranty services are only available through an approved i:sy supplier. Please read the instructions thoroughly before using your bicycle and get instructed by your i:sy supplier about the most important functions of your i:sy bike. We reserve the right to change technical specifications, colours, materials, prices and similar according to local conditions without prior notice.
