Entries will be strictly limited Pre-entry is highly recommended. After the closing date, additional entries will only be taken subject to availability. EXCEPT FOR STABLING FEES, NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE DEBITED BEFORE THE SHOW. Refund of Entry and Stable Fees Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.5.1. Open to registered horses of any grade irrespective of winnings to be ridden by Adult, Associate and Senior Members who are not placed higher than 200 th on the British Show Jumping Riders Ranking list 380 as at 31 st December 2013. Junior members competing on horses are only able to compete from the beginning of the calendar year in which the age of 12 is reached. 2. Visiting members who have competed in a Nations Cup competition in the last 10 years are not eligible to compete. 3. Competitors who have jumped in any Senior or Young Riders Nations Cup in the last 10 years are not eligible for this show. Competitors may ride a maximum of 2 horses per Tour, horses may compete TWICE per day. Once a horse/rider combination has won a Small Tour Grand Prix they will only be accepted to jump in the Big Tour section in 2014. Entry fee for National & Overseas Riders: Large Tour 165 per horse inc Stable Small Tour 135 per horse inc Stable Both Tours includes Entries and Stabling Straw Bedding is available F.O.C. STABLE BOOKINGS Stables are available from 4pm on THE FIRST DAY OF HIRE NO LORRY ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM We have 60 Permanent stables which are only guaranteed for sponsors. Stable allocation is made by stable managers on arrival. A 10 deposit per stable will be taken from you on your arrival. This will be refunded when you leave providing your stable is left clean. Any damage caused to the stables will be charged to the hirer. Hay & Haylage can be purchased on arrival from the stable managers on arrival. STRAW will be available for all competitors stabling on an adlib basis. If you require shavings these can be purchased from stable manager on arrival. Electric Hook up will be available for a cost of 60 PER BOOKING. This will be allocated on a first come first served basis. HOOK UP BOOKED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED Meals: Breakfast will be available from 1 hour before competitions start, this will be in the Indoor Cafe. Hot & Cold food available throughout the day in the Indoor Cafeteria until 9pm Bar available during normal licensing hours. Prize Giving Those required for Prize Giving MUST attend or prizes will be withheld. All presentations will be mounted and take place in the arena. The number required for each prize giving will be for the scheduled prizes in each class. The Owner of the winning horse in each Final will be invited into the ring to be presented with their award. Declarations & Drawn Order: ALL RIDERS PLEASE NOTE: 1. A list of Riders will be published at the secretary s and online 2. Riders must declare onsite or by email as to which classes they intened to compete in by 7pm on the preceding evening. 3. Riders will not be able to go out of order except at the discretion of the judge. 4. Drawn Orders will be published at the Show Secretaries approx. 2 hours before the start of each class. (If any late entries are excepted after the draw has been made those competitors will go first) 5. First Class of The Day will be a drawn order. Riders will jump a course of approx. 8 fences at 1m. Dismount the horse and pass to a waiting groom/handler before starting the engine of the quad. Riders will then ride a small Quad Bike through a course of cone gates. 2 seconds will be added to the time for any knock down of a fence or cone gate. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. The Show Organiser referred to in these Rules and Regulations shall hereinafter mean Bury Farm Equestrian Club. The Amateur Inter-Nations Show Jumping Festival will hereinafter be referred to as the Show. 2. All horses must be registered with the British Show Jumping. Unless competing on a Ticket to Ride, this will be charged at 3. 3. Rule 76.6 will be applied if applicable. 4. The Show, Show Organiser, Volunteer and Officials do not accept liability for any accident, damage, injury, theft or illness to horses, riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. 5. The Show Organiser retains as its absolute discretion the right to decline or exclude or remove any person or animal from the show or future shows or return any entry fee without being required to assign reason or being liable for any compensation. 6. Competitions The Show Organiser reserves the right to cancel, add to, or amend any of the competitions, as they think fit, with the approval of the British Show Jumping. 7. Smoking Smoking is not permitted within any of the showground buildings or stables. 8. Collecting Ring All warming up must be done in the designated Collecting Rings provided. Persons found abusing horses on the showground may be asked to leave. 9. Refund of Entry and Stable Fees Refunds will only be in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.5.1. Represented Cheques Any payment that has to be represented to the bank for whatever reason will be subject to a 15.00 administration fee for each occasion. 11. Vehicles The Show Organiser reserves the right to remove any vehicle which is obstructing any access to or from the ground even if locked and unattended. The Show Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned by such removal. 12. Dogs Dogs are permitted in the Lorry Park and car park only. They must be kept under control at all times. If, in the opinion of the Show Organiser, any person fails to control their dog/s they may be asked to leave the Showground. 13. Prize Giving The Show organiser reserves the right to withhold prizes if competitors do not attend the Official Prize Giving. 14. Objections Objection should be made in writing in accordance to British Showjumping7 Rule 198. Two Show Stewards will be appointed to the Show in accordance to Rule 96.2 15. Official Photographs Any photographs taken at the Championship by the Official Photographer may be used by the Show Organiser for promotional purposes. 16. First Aid A total of 10 for the show will be charged towards medical cover during the hours of competition. 17. Vaccination Certificate All horses at the show must have a current and valid certificate of vaccination against Equine Influenza. There will be random checking of certificates and any horse found without a valid certificate will be asked to leave the show ground 18. Stallions No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorized agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury. 19. Close of Entries Entries will close on the official closing date. Should space be available late entries may be accepted.. Please read carefully the General Rules and Regulations. Any person coming to the show or involved in any aspect of the meeting is deemed bound by the General Rules & Regulations.
