PROGRAM DAY 1 3:00 pm Check in at Pocinho Free afternoon DAY 2 8:00 am Transfer from Pocinho to Barca d Alva in Jeep. More than a transfer, this is an original course with breathtaking landscapes where you can take the best selfies with an unparalleled background, different from another place in the world. 9:00 am - Arrival at Barca d Alva Canoeing trip to the Pocinho with stop for a light lunch, dives and usufruct of the calm and peace of the river. Passage by one of the tributaries of the Douro, Côa River. Dinner included in the High Yield Center DAY 3 Rowing route: 26 km 8:30 am Departure from Pocinho to descend a little more the river Douro until Ferradosa. During the course there will be a detour with a slight ascent of the tributary of the river Sabor for a quiet moment of relaxation and diving in the river beach Sabor. Already refreshed, the route will continue until lunch stop which should happen in Freixo de Numão After lunch, there are 10 km to row to Ferradosa. 6:21 pm Transfer by train back to Pocinho 6:46 pm Arrival to Pocinho Rowing route: 30 km

PROGRAM DAY 4 8:00 am Expect a different morning full of excitement with a tour in a TT vehicle from Pocinho to Ferradosa pier with stops at some viewpoints with the best views of the Douro River and surrounding mountains. On this route you will also be accompanied by a local guide to better present the region. 9:30 am Departure from Ferradosa to Tua with passage through a lock. In the Tua village, the lunch will be hot and served in a regional restaurant. After lunch, the route is estimated to be carried out in 2 hours until the Pinhão, where you will have 1 hour for a short walk in the village before the transfer to the wine village of Provesende. 6:00 pm Transfers from Pinhão to Provesende Free dinner Rowing route: 25 km DAY 5 9:30 am After picking up warm bread and traditional meat ball from the region for lunch, cooked in a traditional oven, there will start a pedestrian route of 2 hours Lunch next to the river, in Pinhão, always surrounded by the tranquility of the slopes of the Douro After lunch, we will continue on the boats and begin a canoe trip to the mouth of the River Tedo (2 hours) Visit one of the most well-known farms, Quinta do Tedo, where you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the Douro Valley and then a wine tasting. After Quinta do Tedo, we will have a last canoeing trip to the Folgosa pier Finally, the return trip with a transfer to Régua Rowing route: 18 km

Despite its modernity, it maintains the charm of the old rural buildings, guaranteeing the privacy and the exclusive use of the guests. Guests can enjoy meals made with produce from the farmhouse garden, port wine vinegars, olive oil from the region that will provide a journey through the Douro gastronomy. OU Manhãs D Ouro This space consists of the house and its exterior area consisting of fruit trees, olive trees, chestnut trees, and vineyards. The main house is divided into two floors. The upper floor is divided into rest areas, with 6 double rooms with private bathroom - one of which is prepared for people with reduced mobility. On the ground floor is the dining area, snack bar and bar and living room.

DATASHEET OUR TOUR LEADER Sérgio Eduardo Lucena was born on February 17, 1976, in Porto.
