ETTU / ITTF EUROPE COACHES: Petr KORBEL, a Czech table tennis player who has competed in five Olympics from 1992 to 2008. His best performance was in 1996 when he came fourth in singles. He is a Butterfly contracted player and cooperated on the development of a table tennis blade which has been produced under his name. Tomas DEMEK, Head Coach of TTC Ostrava 2016 (member of Table Tennis Champions League Men, Czech Team Champion 2014 2017), many years National Coach of the Czech Men s Team (5th place at the World Team Table Tennis Championships 2008, 3rd place at the European Championships 2010). National Coach of the Czech Cadets Team (from 2018). Iveta Vacenovska, a Czech table tennis player who has competed in two Olympics from 2012 to 2016. TRANSPORT: All participants travelling by air are requested to arrive in Ostrava Airport (Czech Rep.) or in Katowice Airport (Poland). The delegations will be welcomed at the airport. Transfer from and to Ostrava Airport (ca. 23 km) will be organized at free of charge upon request. Transfer to Katowice Airport (ca. 117 km) will be organized at extra costs upon request (EUR 10,- per person in both directions). VISA If you need VISA to enter Czech Republic, please send your request for invitation letter by attaching the scanned copy of the passport(s) not later than 10 th February to the Czech Table Tennis Association, to Mr. Martin Linert (linert@seznam.cz) with cc to (ctta@cuscz.cz). It is extremely important that invited players attend the camp with their national team and/or personal coaches as this is the best opportunity to discuss future programmes for the players and establish regular communication among coaches and adequate ETTU bodies. The ETTU is also keen to increase the number of female coaches in Europe and therefore encourage the participation of female coaches.
