From Jason s input, 33-34 MPH suggested, 40 to pitcher s mound. iii. Need to develop a spare parts list. AJ to examine. iv. If machine breaks, revert to coach pitch. b. Dicks Support i. Next league shopping date will be the weekend of Mar. 24 & 25.

Burkes has quoted bases and LH catchers mitts. Brendan will have City source quoted by Wed. the 14 th. 2. Dumpster status at the EH. a. Brendan to arrange this week. ii. Schedule time to set-up bags for baseball. 1. Equipment committee will manage on the 24 th. iii. Can we reduce the size of the required baseball cage in order to reduce rent? a. Fields i. Fields general set. By decision of the City, Beaver Creek will be moved to Hampton. ii. Start times at Jaycee will be staggered to help with parking. iii. Delia will be available on April 28 th. b. Registration i. Blue Sombrero 1. Update on sign-up status.
a. 234 for softball, 213 for baseball. ii. Softball rosters will be ready in one week. iii. Baseball rosters have been sent/updated. iv. Brendan to have flyers available at the basketball banquet. v. If only coaching without a player, coaches must register at BS. vi. Regular registration will be extended by one week. Website to be updated, etc. vii. City Support 1. Practice permits have been issued by the City. Will be issued on the 24 th. a. AJ will breakout by age group to ensure best field fit for each division. b. Ron to record field assignments on formation day. viii. Formation day is the 24 th from 8:30 1:30 at the EH. c. Committee Lists, League Assignments i. More volunteers needed. d. Background Checks i. The League will cover the cost of one coach and one assistant this year. ii. As mentioned, any game or practice must have one person in attendance that has passed the background check. iii. Certificates must be completed by all coaches by formation day. iv. Coach s waiver of responsibility has been updated and will be ready for the 24 th. Coaches to sign two copies. e. Concussion Certificates i. Coaches must complete online and have a copy at the equipment handout. ii. Players must have complete by uniform handout. 1. The League will conduct random field checks to ensure coaches have in possession and are following attendance protocol. f. Donations/Sponsors

Uniform pick-up day will be Wed., May 23 rd, from 4:00 7:00 at the EH. iii. Uniforms will be available at P&R, (Fillmore) for sizing during regular business hours. VI. 7:50PM Open Floor a. Need to be aware of odd-team all-star game. b. Need to discuss consistency of baseball rules and pairings. i. Major bats max. 34, -3, BBCOR, 2-5/8 barrel ii. Minor bats max. 32, -3, BBCOR, 2-5/8 barrel iii. Seniors bats max 32-5, 2-5/8 barrel iv. Juniors bats max 32, -8, 2-5/8 barrel v. Younger? max 32, -11, 2-1/4 barrel vi.
