Parking in Camp #2 is free of charge due to a limited parking space in Camp #1 we strongly encourage those accommodated in Camp #2 to leave their car there and commute to Event Centre on a bike. Because of narrow passage parking on the embankment road and anywhere else in the village of Zvůle is strictly prohibited. Way to the start will be marked with blue-white ribbons. It is possible to drop your spare clothes at the start; organizers will bring it back to the Event Centre. 1

Way to the start of LONG and FREE ORDER follows forest and meadow paths, in places there is a limited possibility of passing other competitors, please allow sufficient time. For warming up purposes use the marked route to the respective start, the access road leading to village of Mosty or the subsequent road II/151 (ride carefully and avoid traffic) Terrain: Maps: Moderately hilly mixed forest of Czech Canada with a dense network of roads, paths and single tracks of variable rideability. Southern part of the area has never been used for MTBO before. The area is frequently used by hikers and cyclists, please ride carefully especially on downhill MIDDLE: Ďáblův chléb, M 1:10 000, E=5m, A3 (297x420mm) Restriction: LONG: Vlčí jáma, M 1:15 000, E=5m, A3 (297x420mm) Competitors of category M21E receive two maps at the start. Last control on map #1 is marked by start symbol on map #2, numbering continues through both maps. FREE ORDER: Javoří hora, M 1:15 000, E=5m, A3+ (320x450mm) All maps are in accordance with ISMTBOM2010, no waterproofing provided, maps status 09/2015. During MIDDLE and LONG races maps will be collected in the finish until start of last competitor of the day, no collection of maps in finish during FREE ORDER race please obey Fair Play. In accordance with Czech MTBO Rules it is strictly forbidden to ride off-road or on a meadow and you MUST carry your bikes 20cm above ground whenever going off-road. Compliance with the rule will be monitored by organizers and any breach will lead to an immediate disqualification. Further clarification for LONG and FREE ORDER: - Roads on S and W edge of the map are marked with a symbol 711.0 Forbidden route and any riding or crossing on them is strictly forbidden. - At southern part of map there are two instances where we have used a symbol 839.2 Rideable area, in a form of orange stripe on a meadow along the forest edge see picture. Competitors are allowed to ride on those two areas. Punching: Radio controls: Electronic - SPORTident, compatible with SI cards up to series 11 (included). One SI card cannot be used more than once in one competition. Every competitor is responsible to clear and check their SI card prior to start and to punch the SI unit on the finish line. In case of SI failure, please punch mechanically in the designated place on the map, and warn organizers in the finish. Rented SI card must be returned to organizers. Splits from the below mentioned controls will be transmitted to the finish by RACOM MIDDLE: approx. at the 90% of W21E and 75% of M21E courses, Last control, Finish LONG: approx. at the 55% of both Elite courses, Last control, Finish FREE ORDER: Last control, Finish Results: Results will be displayed in the event. First three competitors will be presented in each category. Prize giving for FREE ORDER will be held on Monday as soon as possible after conclusion of the race approx. at 2:30PM. Special prize of 2kg of Gran Moravia cheese will be presented by our partner La Formaggeria Orrero to the winners of both Men and Women Elite in the cumulated time of MIDDLE, LONG and FREE ORDER races. 2

Bike After Party: Technical Control: will be held on Saturday and Sunday after prize giving from approx. 8:00PM in the restaurant. On Saturday there is a Karaoke Show, music from our DJs Mařas and JaRyn and few surprises. On Sunday we have prepared live performance of exceptional and local band Vrbovci. at the start of every race for OPEN, MW14 and MW17 categories. Tires of minimum 1,5 to be used in all other categories. All competitors must use the cycling helmet. Winning times: in accordance with the MTBO Rules of CSOS for 2015 Start Numbers: Bike Wash: All competitors (except OPEN categories) will be presented with start numbers of the Czech MTBO Cup as per the start list. Number must be fixed visibly to the front of the bikes. Start numbers will be collected after the Monday race. Fee of 100 CZK will charged for any missing numbers. Unused numbers to be returned to the Race Office. At the designated place (see. Event Centre map), water from hoses, plus buckets and brushes will be available. It is strictly forbidden to wash bikes in the nearby pond. 3

Please check number of your booked cabin in ORIS, so you are able to park directly next to your cabin All beds in Camps 1 and 2 are provided incl. bed clothing, however as cabins are non-heated we kindly recommend for your comfort that you bring your own sleeping bags. Own camper in the Event Centre 50 CZK per person / night payable in the Race Office Own Tent 70 CZK per person /night - there is a limited space in the Event Centre in Camp 1 and unlimited in Camp 2 (see map). Those who paid for the accommodation in tents will be handed a coupon which shall be visibly attached to the tent. All accommodation is available starting from Friday evening. Available in the Race Office from Saturday evening till Monday morning, deposit your bikes between 5:00PM and 6:30PM, collect your bikes between 8:00AM and 9:00AM each day. Bikes will be locked and guarded, however we strongly recommend using your own bike chains too. When depositing and collecting your bike you will be asked to provide a serial number printed on your blue identification bracelet. Refreshment during race: water and water with syrup provided in the finish area Catering before and after races: LONG: Competitors of M21E category may provide their own refreshment which will be transported to the map exchange (approx. in 60% of the M21E course). Bidons, or other refreshment, clearly marked with start number and name shall be presented to the Race Office on Sunday by 12:00PM. Organizers will provide only pure water at the map exchange. Creches: Kid s Race: Rules: Notice: Meals pre-booked through ORIS (will be served in the restaurant against a coupon provided in the Race Office, there will be only limited possibility to purchase the pre-boked meals): Breakfast on SAT, SUN, MON Continental breakfast (served on SAT 8:00AM 9:30AM, SUN and MON 7:00AM 9:00AM) DINNERS on SAT and SUN Soup, plus choice from 3 meals (served 6:00PM 7:00PM) LUNCH on MON - Soup, plus choice from 3 meals (served 12:00PM 2:00PM). Other meals choice of other meals will served in the restaurant such as: goulash, pizza from stone oven, pasta salad, sausages, steaks and roasted pig among others. In the Event Centre (see. map), in the party tent. Open: on Saturday 12:00PM 4:00PM, on Sunday and on Monday 9:00AM 2:30PM. Kid s Race will be prepared for small bikers each afternoon. On Saturday there is a short XCO within Camp #1, on Sunday short MTBO around the Camp #1. Miry mapholders will be available for a hire. Expected start at 5:30PM. All competitions are being ruled by valid Competition Rules and Directives of Czech O-Federation (MTBO section). All competitors take part at their own risk. Please be aware of limited traffic on small asphalt roads within the race area. Main crossing points will be marshalled, however always obey the basic traffic rules and common sense. Ride on a right side, when ascending always give right to competitors going downhill. Please obey and respect the 10-point Rule of MTBO see below. Some less visible tracks, paths and junctions might be highlighted with white ribbons in the terrain. 4

10-point MTBO Rules! 1. When riding, even when reading the map, always be aware of situation in front of you, at crossings always look around. When suddenly changing direction, always look behind you. 2. Ride on the ride side, sidestep to the right, if possible overtake left. When ascending, always give right to competitors going downhill. 3. If being overtaken, move to the side, where requested. 4. If you need to stop, always do so at the side of the track, not to obstruct other competitors. 5. During the race use ONLY tracks and paths marked on the map. When going off-road, always carry your bike. If found riding off-road, I can expect disqualification. 6. Immediately after punching the control move away, so to enable other competitors to access the control. Do your route planning, pissing, bike repairs and refreshment away from the control and always at the side of the track. 7. Keep your helmet firmly attached on your head whenever racing. 8. Keep the forest clean! Take all you garbage, such as sweets/gel wrappers, empty bottles and punctured tubes with you away from the forest. 9. In case of abandoning the race, inform organizers in the finish and hand-in the map. 10. In case of other competitor being injured, I m obliged to help. Arrival: 6
