The Competition, Training and Warm-up halls: EUROTRAMP apparatus A detailed list of Apparatus supplied to be used for this World Cup will be published on the FIG website. The presence of at least one Technician from the Official Apparatus Manufacturer will be guaranteed by the Organizing Member Federation for the installation of the TRA competition apparatus in the competition hall, warm-up hall and training hall(s), as well as throughout the duration of training, podium training, warm-up and competition. The Technical Delegate, accompanied by the Technician of the Apparatus Manufacturer will proceed to the apparatus control in the competition hall, warm-up hall and training hall(s) prior to training and competition. The apparatus control in the competition hall, warm-up, and training hall prior to training is the responsibility of the FIG Technical Delegate (TD) or an Apparatus Supervisor designated by him/her. The TD will be accompanied by a technician of the Apparatus Manufacturer and the local Competition Director. PROVISIONAL SCHEDULE COMPETTION FORMAT AND PARTICIPATION The Apparatus control includes the check of the dimensions of the apparatus which must respect the valid FIG Apparatus Norms. It must be verified that the duly certified apparatus are set up and fixed correctly and that the apparatus in the different halls are identical. Day 1 (Wednesday, 16.08.2017): - Arrival of Delegations. Day 2 (Thursday, 17.08.2017): - Training and Podium training; - Judges Meeting; - Orientation Meeting. Day 3 (Friday, 18.08.2017): - Qualifications: Individual Trampoline (W, M), Synchro Trampoline (W, M). Day 4 (Saturday, 19.08.2017): - Finals: Individual Trampoline (W, M), Synchro Trampoline (W, M). Day 5 (Sunday, 20.08.2017): - Departure of Delegations. The World Cup competition will consist of Qualifications and Finals. Participation per Member Federation in the World Cup Competitions is restricted to: - 4 men and 4 women in Individual Trampoline. - 2 male and 2 female pairs in Synchro Trampoline (must be formed by the Individual competitors). - Until the time of the drawing of lots, the participating federation may substitute the registered gymnast. After this deadline, the replacement policy as per the technical Regulations (art. 4.2 Section 1) will apply. Participation in the Qualifications: - All competitors must take part in the qualifications. - In case of a tie at any place, the tie-breaking rules as set up for the World Championships (Technical Regulations, Section 4) shall be applied. Participation in the Finals: - The top eight gymnasts or pairs from the qualifications may participate in the Finals. - Maximum 2 individuals or 1 pair per NF per discipline. - In case of a tie at any place, the tie-breaking rules as set up for the World Championships (Technical Regulations, Section 4) shall be applied. - If there are less than 4 countries in a category, no medals, prize money and World Cup Points will be awarded. FEDERATIONS INVITED SIZE OF DELEGATION AND FIG LICENSE World Cup Competitions must be separate and distinct competition, and may not be combined with any other Competitions. The Organising Member Federation must invite all FIG Member Federations in good standing who have paid their annual membership fee for Trampoline Gymnastics. On-line registrations will only be accepted from FIG Gymnastics Member Federations. Only senior gymnasts in good standing with the correct age and holding a valid FIG License at the time of the nominative registration until the end of the competition may participate. For delegation size please refer to FIG Accreditation Rules. AGE LIMITS JUDGES AND JUDGES PANELS The maximum size of the invited delegation is as follows: TRA IND (W, M) TRA SYN (W, M) Joint Total Head of Delegation 1 1 1 Team Manager 1 1 1 Coach 1, 1-2 Gymnasts 4, 4 2 pairs, 2 pairs 8 Medical Doctor 1-1 Paramedical Staff 1-1 Judges 2-2 Out of competition gymnasts will not be accepted. Participating must be at least 17 years (born in 2000 or before) in the year of the competition. Competitions will be evaluated by two Judges Panels as follows: Two judges panels each for Individual Trampoline and Syncho Trampoline. The Judge panels are set up by a draw directed by the FIG Technical Delegate from the judges present at the event. Priority will be given to the judges of the highest category. No panel may include more than one member from a single federation: The Chair of Judges Panel must be of cat. 1. The Difficulty judges must be cat. 1 or 2. The Execution judges must be cat. 1, 2 or 3. Each Participating Federation must provide minimum one judge in each discipline in which they have competitors. Failure to do so, or if a Participating Federation sends a judge with Category 4 (instead of Category 1, 2 or 3), will result in a fine of CHF 2 000.- to be paid to the Organizing Member Federation. This provision must be mentioned in the invitation letter. The Organising Member Federation is responsible that there are enough FIG brevetted judges present with the appropriate category of brevet for their function. Should there not be sufficient judges, the organizing federation may propose to the FIG for approval the name of neutral additional judges to complete the panels (plus 1 reserve). These judges, once approved, have to be invited at the cost of the Organising Member Federation. Should the Organising Member Federation fail to propose names for additional judges, the FIG will invite such judges at the cost of the Organising Member Federation. FIG TECHNICAL DELEGATE Each Judges Panel must be composed as follows: TRA IND TRA SYN Judge Chair of Judges Panel (S+T) 1 1 Judges for Execution and horizontal displacement (E+H) 6 6 Judges for Difficulty 2 2 TOTAL 9 9 The respective Technical Committees will propose at least 3 months prior to the date of the event a Technical Committee member or an expert (to be approved by the FIG President) to serve Technical Delegate. This Technical Delegate must be present at the event. REGISTRATION DEADLINES The FIG Technical Delegate will be proposed by the FIG TRA TC. He/she will serve as President of the Superior Jury. Provisional, Definitive and Nominative Registrations must be made exclusively online via the FIG platform. Late registrations are subject to fines as follows: Fine for missing or late Provisional Registration (if any) Fine for missing or late Definitive Registration Fine for missing or late Nominative Registration CHF 500.- CHF 750.- CHF 500.- DRAWING OF LOTS ENTRY FEES Registrations and payments made after the gymnasts drawing of lots will not be accepted and the Delegations members concerned will not be authorised to participate The gymnasts drawing of lots will take place at the FIG Headquarters in Lausanne (SUI) within two weeks after the closing date of the nominative registration. Registrations and payments made after the gymnasts drawing of lots will not be accepted and the Delegations will not be authorized to participate. The cost for the entry fee is EUR 100 per gymnast. The Invited Participating Federations must pay for all entry fees. At the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) 100% of the entry fee must be paid to the Organizing Committee. The entry fee is not refundable. ACCOMMODATION Entries without payment of the entry fees will be considered as invalid and will be refused. The prices charged for the hotel rooms will not exceed the usual hotel rates. The Accommodation Form must be returned to the Organizing Committee by the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) at the very latest, the hotel rooms will be allocated on a "first come, first serve basis. The Invited Participating Federations must pay for the accommodation expenses of their Delegation Members. At the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) 50% of the Accommodation costs must be paid to the Organizing Committee. The remaining 50% of the Accommodation costs must be paid by the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017). The Organizing Committee may fix the deadline for non-reimbursement payments. In this case the deadline for non-reimbursement accommodation, meals and banquet, must be 3 days after the deadline for Definitive Registration, at the very earliest. MEALS Cancelation of accommodation between the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) and the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017) will be subject to a charge of EUR 75.- per person. Cancelation of accommodation between the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017) and the arrival date is not refundable. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the hotels. The price for breakfast (as well as the price for final banguet) is included in the accomodation price. Lunch and dinner (in the hotels) are offered for the following conditions: - EUR 20.- per lunch per person per day. - EUR 20.- per dinner per person per day. FIG TRA WCup, Minsk, 2017 6

The Invited Participating Federations must pay for the meals expenses of their delegation members. The Meals and Banquet Form must be returned to the Organizing Committee by the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017). At the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) 50% of the Meals costs must be paid to the Organizing Committee. The remaining 50% of the Meals costs must be paid by the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017). FINAL BANQUET INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LOCAL TRANSPORTATION VISA INSURANCE Cancelation of meals between the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) and the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017) will be subject to a charge of EUR 75.- per person. Cancelation of meals between the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017) and the arrival date is not refundable. All participants are invited to the final banquet hosted by the Organizing Committee. Final banquet is free of charge for all delegation members, who booked their accommodation through the Organizing Committee. Ticket cost for final banquet for all others is EUR 40.- per person. The Invited Participating Federations must pay for the international travel costs of their delegation members. The Travel Schedule Form must be returned to the Organizing Committee by the time of the Nominative Registration (July 12 th, 2017). Local transportation will be provided free of charge only for the delegation members, who booked their hotel accommodation through the Organizing Committee: - From Minsk National Airport / Minsk Railway Station / Minsk Bus Station to the competition venue / hotel and back. - From the hotel to the competition / thaining venue and back. Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required for your travel to. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made by the time of the Definitive Registration (June 14 th, 2017) to the Organizing Committee. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Member as well as the city the visa application support letter must be sent to. The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all Participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their delegation. The Organizing Committee will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the Organizing Committee in advance. The Organizing Committee will subsequently offer insurance at the Federations own charge as follows: - EUR 1.- per person per day. FIG TRA WCup, Minsk, 2017 7

TIE BREAKING RULES PRIZE MONEY The participating federation is responsible for covering all bank fees in connection with the bank transfers. In case of a tie at any place, the tie-breaking rules as set up for the World Championships (Technical Regulations, Section 4) shall be applied. ASSIGNMENT OF WORLD CUP POINTS FOR THE RANKING LIST No prize money will be given, if there are less than 4 participating federations per discipline. The results and the updated FIG World Cup Ranking List will be published on the FIG website within 24 hours after the end of the respective competitions provided that all procedures before and after the competitions are duly respected by the Organizing Member Federation. World Cup Series Ranking Lists are established for the series 2017-2018 and 2019-2020 for each discipline: - Trampoline Individual Men; - Trampoline Individual Women; - Trampoline Synchro Men; - Trampoline Synchro Women. For Trampoline Individual, World Cup points are assigned to the competitors by name. Trampoline synchro pairs are listed by name, but considered as an entity. In case of change of a synchro partner, the synchro pair is considered as a new pair. YEARLY WINNER AND WINNERS OF THE WORLD CUP SERIES OLYMPIC QUALIFICATION EVENT MANAGER MEDIA The winner of the World Cup Series of each discipline is the gymnast (IND) and the pairs (SYN) with the highest number of points after the last event of the Series, the top 6 out of the 8 possible results are taken into consideration. Should there be less than 8 World Cup Competitions in a Series, the following will be applied: - If 6 or 7 World Cup Competitions take place per series, the best 5 are counted; - If 5 World Cup Competitions take place per series, the best 4 are counted; - If 4 World Cup Competitions take place per series all points are counted. The gymnasts (TRA individual men and women) will receive an additional prize money paid by the FIG. If there is a tie, the sum of the number of ranks of the counting competitions achieved by the respective gymnasts will be added and the gymnast with the lowest total will prevail. If there is still a tie, the gymnast who has participated in the greater number of Finals of the counting competitions will prevail. If there is still a tie, the gymnast who has the best rank at one of the counting competitions will prevail. If there is still a tie the sum of the score of the second routine in qualification for TRA will prevail. A special award ceremony will be held at the last World Cup Competition of the series in which the World Cup winners of the TRA Synchro competition (men and women) will receive a Cup.
