Overview The biggest interna-onal football event EVER! Featuring more than 2,500 football players and coaches from around the world. If you are a football player or coach, this is a can t miss opportunity. Hosted at the University of Texas, featuring former NFL Coaches, NFL Players and NCAA Coaches. Programs for FLAG, 7 on 7, Under- 15, Under- 17 and Under- 19 players and coaches. Lodging/Dorms Dormitories USA Football con-nues to plan out the lodging and feeding details with the University of Texas. Based on current plans, the following dorms and dining halls are being planned. These are s-ll subject to change depending on U15, U17 and other program commitments. Accommoda-ons vary by hall. Some have par-ally built- in furniture and/or a vanity area in the room. Some halls feature bunkable or lokable beds. All rooms will have air condi-oning. Rooms will come with sheets which each par-cipant will be responsible for returning at the conclusion of the event. All par-cipants will be responsible to bring his own set of towels. All halls have study rooms, TV rooms, vending areas and laundry rooms. All rooms have cable TV, Internet access (ResNet via subscrip-on) and a MicroFridge. Flooring: Student rooms are not carpeted.

Ground Transportation The Following pertains to ALL events: Under- 15; Under- 17, Under- 19 Training Camp, Under- 19 World Championship, 7- on- 7, and FLAG Ground transporta<on is based on airport transfers for the Aus<n Interna<onal Airport located in Aus<n, Texas. For airports such as San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX or Dallas, TX there may be an addi<onal transporta<on fee required. Teams or persons requiring airport transfers from airports other than Aus<n Interna<onal should expect to pay an addi<onal fee. Training Camp Training Camp U19 World Championship (Op<onal for U19 Teams) Dates: Saturday, June 23 Thursday, June 28, 2012 Teams: 45 athletes & 10 Coaches/Administrators Eligibility: All IFAF Member U19 Na-onal Teams including those who did not qualify for the U19 World Championship will have the op-on of a`ending the U19 World Championship Training Camp and taking part in the various opportuni-es. Benefits: USA Football Coaches Clinic, USA Football Player Development Camp, 7 on 7 compe--ons with U.S. and other countries, get acclimated to the heat and climate condi-ons, one prac-ce field, access to weight room, two mee-ng rooms, lodging, food, and ground transporta-on. Air Travel Notes: If your team prefers to have all of the athletes and coaches fly into Aus-n, Texas Interna-onal Airport from their hometown, they can be picked up by USA Football. Example instead of athletes and coaches flying into an airport in your home country and then flying to the United States, athletes and coaches can fly to Aus-n from their hometown and USA Football can pick them up throughout the day.

Training Camp Training Camp U19 World Championship (Op<onal for U19 Teams) All countries who par-cipate in the Training Camp at University of Texas will have the op-on to take part in the following opportuni-es: - USA Football will put on a Coaches Clinic featuring former NFL and NCAA Coaches. Three akernoon coaching clinic sessions featuring daily sessions on Offensive Skill Posi-ons, Defensive Skill Posi-ons and Offensive/Defensive Line Sessions. - USA Football will put on a Player Camp for all visi-ng players featuring former NFL and NCAA Coaches. USA Football will bring in former NFL and NCAA coaches to work with players in a one day development camp designed to con-nue to develop player skills and techniques. Cost: 55 persons for 5 nights/6 days = $34,000 EURO. Coaching Clinic USA Football Coaching Clinic Training Camp: A three (3) session coaching clinic featuring former NFL and NCAA coaches. The Training Camp coaching clinics will feature both classroom and on- field coaching sessions for interna-onal coaches to learn X s and O s as well as techniques and drills. World Championship Week: A two (2) session coaching clinic featuring former NFL and NCAA Coaches. The interna-onal coaching community will have the chance to listen and learn from some of the top coaches in football. All Interna-onal Coaches who a`end will have the opportunity to par-cipate in these programs.

Mini-Camp & 7 on 7 Interna<onal Player Mini- Camp During Training Camp: A two session mini- camp designed to offer Interna-onal athletes the opportunity to receive training from NFL Players and Coaches. Only Interna<onal athletes and coaches who par<cipate in the Training Camp during June 23 June 28 will have the opportunity to par<cipate. 7 on 7 Compe<<on During Training Camp: Interna-onal Teams will have the chance to compete in a 7 on 7 compe--on. Athletes will get the chance to compete and prepare for the World Championships by par-cipa-ng in one night of 7 on 7 compe--ons. Program available for teams who par<cipate in the Training Camp during June 23 28, 2012.

U19 World Championship U19 World Championship Dates: Thursday, June 28 Sunday, July 08, 2012 Teams: Eight (8) Teams each consis-ng of 45 athletes & 10 Coaches/Administrators - Addi-onal Coaches/Administrators will require addi-onal fees as noted within the cost sec-on. Benefits: (All benefits are op-onal, teams are not obligated to par-cipate in the clinics, NFL PREP Sessions or development programs) - The event will feature a coaches lounge where Interna-onal Coaches can meet and interact with coaches from other na-onal teams. - The event will feature an athletes village for players to congregate and interact. - USA Football will produce an addi-onal 2 session coaches clinic led by re-red NFL and NCAA coaches for all Interna-onal coaches a`ending. - Athletes and coaches will have the chance to a`end three (3) NFL PREP sessions.

NFL PREP NFL PREP Throughout the World Championship Week, USA Football will bring in NFL PREP to speak and work with players and coaches. NFL PREP is the same group that speaks to NFL Rookies during the NFL Rookie Symposium. Through the NFL Player Engagement s PREP Program, NFLPE Ambassador will deliver a character development curriculum similar to what NFL rookies receive at the Rookie Symposium. NFLPE Ambassadors are former NFL Players who are dedicated to helping young student- athletes achieve success off the field.

U19 World Championship U19 World Championship All countries who par-cipate in the U19 World Championship in Aus-n, TX will have the following provided: - Transporta-on: to and from airport; to and from prac-ce facility; to and from game facili-es - Two (2) 2 hour prac-ce sessions each day. Teams will have the op-on to schedule prac-ce -mes based on preference. - Morning Prac-ce Session (scheduled in 2 hour blocks during 7am- 11am due to field space and heat) - Evening Prac-ce Session (scheduled in 2 hour blocks during 6pm- 10pm due to field space and heat) - One (1) Daily Mee-ng Session (scheduled in 2 hour blocks around prac-ce -mes and meal schedule) - Meals: each team will be provided meal from the -me they arrive at University of Texas through departure date (arrival date meals will start at lunch & depending on departure -me breakfast will be provided). Teams will have to ability to pre- order and purchase evening snacks for each team.

U19 World Championship U19 World Championship Cost: 55 persons for 10 nights/11 days = $15,000 EURO. Cost includes transporta-on to and from airport/prac-ce/games, prac-ce venue, mee-ng venue, game venue, and 3 meals per full day. - Addi-onal Coaches/Administrators will incur extra fees. - Addi-onal Coaches/Staff will cost $1,000 EURO per person for the 11 day event. - In the event teams or extra staff requires an airport transfer from any airport other than the Aus-n Interna-onal Airport, an extra transporta-on fee will be required. Addi-onally extra coaches are not guaranteed seats on team buses depending on the overall size of the team that will be a`ending and may not be included in the primary transporta-on. U15 International Development Week U15 Interna<onal Development Week Dates: Thursday, June 28 Friday, July 06, 2012 Teams: 50 athletes & 15 Coaches/Administrators Benefits: Four U15 Interna-onal Teams will have the opportunity to train and compete against Four (4) USA Teams. This will be done through joint prac-ce sessions, individual team training sessions, player development sessions, Jamboree compe--on, 7 on 7, and one concluding game against one of the USA Teams. Currently there are 2 of 4 Interna-onal Team spots filled. Cost: $44,745 EURO for a team of 65 (U15 Program) - Addi-onal Coaches/Staff will cost $700 EURO per person - Teams that would like to stay for the final games on July 7, 2012 should contact Greer Monterastelli to inquire if there is addi-onal room to stay over. Addi-onal fees will be required based on your teams plan for the addi-onal days.

U17 International Development Week U17 Interna<onal Development Week All countries who par-cipate in the U17 Interna-onal Development Week in Aus-n, TX will have the following provided: - Transporta-on: to and from airport; to and from prac-ce facility; to and from game facili-es - Morning Prac-ce Session (scheduled in 2 hour blocks during 7am- 11am due to field space and heat) - Evening Prac-ce Session (scheduled in 2 hour blocks during 6pm- 10pm due to field space and heat) - Akernoon Mee-ngs & Player Development Sessions (scheduled in 2 hour blocks from 11am- 6pm around prac-ce -mes and meal schedule) - Meals: each team will be provided meal from the -me they arrive at University of Texas through departure date (arrival date meals will start at lunch & depending on departure -me breakfast will be provided). Teams will have to ability to pre- order and purchase evening snacks for each team.

Housing and Food: Athletes and coaches will reside in local hotels. Meals will be provided at both the hotel and/or the field loca-ons. Transporta<on: Transporta-on will be provided to and from the Aus-n Interna-onal Airport and to and from the compe--on venues and lodging. Fee: Teams will have two op-ons.
