Membership Newsletter January 2015 Page 4 Jane Swan Richard Huth & Jan Grell How to View Your Statement Online Log in to www.weymouthcc.com Click on the Members Only Tab on the top of the screen Click on Member Login in the drop down menu Username E-mail Address Password Last Name *The first letter of your last name needs to be capitalized* Click on the Members Only tab and then View Statement in the drop down menu Click the View Statement button Password = last 6 digits of Member birthdate (ex. 01/25/1965 = 251965) Click Statements on the left Then, select which statement you wish to view How to Read Your Statement As a reminder, when you receive your statement please note that you are paying your dues for the next month and your incidentals for the last month. Example: December 31 statement will read as anything you purchased at the in December as well as your January Dues.

CREDIT CARDS All Members need to have a valid credit card on file in order to have charging privileges. You may still pay your monthly bill by check if you bring the check to the office before the 15 of the month. Otherwise the credit card will be charged for the amount on your statement. F&B MINIMUMS Your Food and Beverage minimum for the 1st quarter has begun. The first quarter minimum runs from January 1 to March 31. All Members need to spend at least $125 during the quarter. Any amount that has not been spent will be on your April statement. There are plenty of events and dinner parties coming up to use your minimum! Membership Newsletter January 2015 Page 6 Letter from Michael Sjostrom, General Manager Happy New Year To All! What a great holiday season we had here at Weymouth. Time fly s when your having fun and that certainly was case here in December. We truly enjoy being able to plan all sorts of monthly events and wait till you see what we have in store for 2015; It s going to be a great year! This an exciting time for us with the changeover of ownership and management company s. I eagerly await the chance to engage with both and assist with what I hope is a seamless yet rewarding transition. Please be assured that as I gather new information, I will pass on any and all updates to help keep everyone in the loop and up to date as often as possible. I am sure this will be a hectic month or two with all that needs to transpire from the business side, but look forward to reviewing new goals and strategies for the club this year to include capital repairs along with the budgeting and marketing areas as well. In addition, January is the month for us to refresh the clubhouse from top to bottom; which will include deep cleaning, painting touch-ups, carpet shampooing etc. and we will go through room to room and make sure we haven t missed any needed repairs so that we are ready for the new year. There are a lot of new procedures I will be implementing to assure consistency on all levels so you will know what to expect each time you visit the club. I appreciate your patience as my schedule in overseeing both properties can get hectic when we have back to back events as well as the upcoming company changeover, but again my door is always open and once we get through January, I will be able to spend more time with all of you as we go through this new chapter together. Membership Newsletter January 2015 Page 7 Golf Shop News from Chris Lawson, Golf Professional Happy Holidays Weymouth Members, I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Holiday Season! I look forward to the upcoming season and hope the weather cooperates this Spring. The Golf Committee is currently working on finalizing the 2015 Tournament Schedule to be available February 1 to be followed by the Tournament Booklet on April 1. If anyone has any questions concerning the dates of the 2015 calendar, please contact me to discuss. In the upcoming months if there is an opportunity to play golf, weather permitting, it is imperative to keep your golf carts on the cart path at all times. Also please make sure to check in with me in the Golf Shop to determine if the course is playable. With the nights getting colder, the frost is taking longer to burn off.
