Entries deadlines Definite Entries: Date:12.09.2017 Entry to national competitions only by a panel online at: www.bhss.baborowko.pl Entries to international competitions have to be sent to a national federation of a rider. The atletes alongside with entries have to pay the amount of 80 euro per horse not later than the last day of entries. WARNING: Riders are required to purchase a one-time guest license for a rider and a horse (not applicable to competitors from Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Brandenburg). The fee must be paid (amount given in the price list) in the show office before first start. Withdrawal before the date of definite entries - 12.09.2017 - OC refund all fees. For those who withdraw after 12.09.2017 event prepayment will not be return. Those who withdraw less than 3 days before event or will not come to the event at all are obliged to pay all the payments included in the schedule with deadline of seven days after the event. Any changes made in the entries after announcing the starting lists shall be done only upon the consent of the organizer and after the payment of 50 PLN We reserve the right not to accept the horses that have been claimed to take part in Competitions after the deadlines of entries. 7

In case of excess number of entries the organizer reserves the right and possibility to limit the number of allowed entries before the 12 th September 2017. Priority shall be given to those athletes who are entered to CIC competitions. Subsequently, priority shall be given accordingly to the order of entries. 3.1 Athletes end grooms: A list of hotels and distance from the show ground is provided on the website: www.bhss.baborowko.pl. 3.2 Horses: Stables: from Wednesday 27.09.17-16.00 hrs Entry fee are inclusive of cost of stables, first bedding with straw. Request for first bedding in shavings must be sent together with the entries and costs 20 extra. Straw bedding will be provided free of charge. Private tents or stabling on lorries is not permitted. 9

IV. OTHER 1. Insurances Organizers do not accepts any liability for any accident, loss, injury or illness to spectators, dogs, horses, owners, riders, grooms, exhibitors, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or property whatsoever whether caused by any reason. All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out a third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad and to keep the policy up to date. 2. VET Maciej Przewoźny +48 600 855 362 THE FEI CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE WELFARE OF THE HORSE The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) expects all those involved in international equestrian sport to adhere to the FEI s Code of Conduct and to acknowledge and accept that at all times the welfare of the horse must be paramount and must never be subordinated to competitive or commercial influences. 1. At all stages during the preparation and training of competition horses, welfare must take precedence over all other demands. This includes good horse management, training methods, farriery and tack, and transportation. 2. Horses and Athletes must be fit, competent and in good health before they are allowed to compete. This encompasses medication use, surgical procedures that threaten welfare or safety, pregnancy in mares and the misuse of aids. 3. Events must not prejudice horse welfare. This involves paying careful attention to the competition areas, ground surfaces, weather conditions, stabling, site safety and fitness of the horse for onward travel after the event. 4. Every effort must be made to ensure that horses receive proper attention after they have competed and that they are treated humanely when their competition careers are over. This covers proper veterinary care, competition injuries, euthanasia and retirement. 5. The FEI urges all involved with the sport to attain the highest levels of education in their areas of expertise.
