Quentin Bochar / Steve Witiuk moved that due to the potential detriment of this resolution the above resolution be removed from the conference package; CARRIED Wildlife Act Convictions Drafted by: Beaver River Fish & Game Association BE IT RESOLVED THAT anyone convicted under the Wildlife Act which results in a loss of hunting privileges should be subsequently removed from the license draw system and lose draw priority back to zero. Quentin Bochar / Steve Witiuk moved that due to the potential detriment of this resolution the above resolution be removed from the conference package; CARRIED Hunting or Fishing Infractions Drafted by: Beaver River Fish & Game Association BE IT RESOLVED THAT any person that is tried and convicted of any hunting and/or fishing infraction must attend a full hunter training course and pass at 70% before they can acquire any hunting license, or qualify for the draw system. Quentin Bochar / Steve Witiuk moved that due to a similar requirement already in place the above resolution be removed from the conference package; CARRIED Ministers Permit for Trophy Antelope Submitted by: Zone 3 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Alberta Fish and Game Association request the minister of

Sustainable Resource Development create a special Ministers permit to hunt a trophy Antelope. Be it further resolved that resident Albertans who harvest and register a coyote with Fish and Wildlife in an antelope zone have their WIN entered in a draw for this permit. Quentin Bochar / Steve Witiuk moved that because this submission was not adopted at a zone meeting the above resolution be removed from the conference package; CARRIED Ministers Permit for Trophy Moose Submitted by: Zone 3 BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Alberta Fish and Game Association request the minister of Sustainable Resource Development create a special Ministers permit to hunt a Antlered moose in the Foothills and Mountain WMUs. Be it further resolved that resident Albertans who harvest and register a wolf with Fish and Wildlife in a Foothills or Mountain WMU, have their WIN entered in a draw for this permit. Quentin Bochar / Steve Witiuk moved that because this submission was not adopted at a zone meeting the above resolution be removed from the conference package; CARRIED
