Cairns Regional Hockey Academy REVIEW AND RELOADED HOCKEY ACADEMY SEE SEPARATE PRESENTATION Aim is to increase the skill base of players, coaches and officials This supports the building of sustaining capacities This supports the increasing Quality of the local and regional competition This supports the pathway programs and increasing the number of Cairns representatives in Queensland teams and squads Provide specialized skills such as Goalkeeping, Drag Flicking Provide specialist and higher quality coaching for our more talented athletes Provide additional specialist mentor coaching for coaches who have attained representative standard Provide added opportunities for skill development for identified groups Drive Programs to deliver these outcomes including Leap Program
