Horses not on grounds prior to that time will not be allowed to compete and will forfeit the class fees. Absolutely NO POLING or offsets are allowed at any time. FORMAL ATTIRE Time First Jump Off. First round and first jump off, if any, are decided by adding together the faults incurred over the course and any penalties for exceeding the time allowed. In the event of equality of faults after the first round, there will be one jump off for first place only in which time will decide in the event of equality of faults in jump off. Course will consist of a minimum of 10-12 Jumps. After walking the course, a rider must scratch, they will be eligible for a refund of $350 of the Entry Fee.
