1. General Information Date and place: 13 th -15 th MaY 2016, ORADEA, ROMANIA. Oradea is a multicultural city with Hungarian community, is one of the important centers of economic, social and cultural development in the western part of Romania, retaining these characteristics throughout history. Located at 10 km from Bors, the most important crossing point of the west border (with Hungary) and 240 km from Budapest, Oradea ranks tenth in size among Romania cities. Oradea is served by International Airport and 60 km of M3 highway Budapest- Debrecen. Sports hall: Antonio Alexe Sports Hall of Oradea City, 3 Cazaban street 410272. The tournament information, registration form, schedule and results can be found at official Romanian federation site: www.fdsmc.ro Events: - Individual Pattern; - Individual Sparring; - Individual Special Techniques; - Individual Power Breakings. It is the participants responsibility to have full Insurance coverage for all eventualities. Organizing committee will not be responsible for any injury or loss for participants before, during, and after the Championships howsoever arising. Competitor Dress Code: Only the competitors who wear the Official ITF Dobok. Club/Team requirements: Club/Team must provide - 1 umpire/club or team for that have between 1 and 10 competitors, 2 umpires/club or team for teams that have between 11 and 20 competitors, 3 umpires/club or team for teams that have over 21 competitors. Competitor numbers: unlimited number/category at patterns and sparring, and 2 competitors/category at special techniques and power breaking. Rank competitor requirements: the lowest rank will be 8 th gup (yellow belt) for all age s division; Registration: fill the registration forms from the site www.fdsmc.ro an online entry system until May 6 Th 2016 (including). Fees All the payments, registration form, weight check and tournament program will take place at the registration office in the lobby of the Continental Forum **** Hotel Oradea (1 Strandului street) between 2-7 PM (local time). Competitors entry fee: 25 Euro per competitor (for all divisions); Protest fee: 50 euro; Umpire fee: Local Organizer will pay for all umpires accommodation starting Friday, May 13 th 2016, 18 00 (local time hour) until Monday, May 16 th 2016 10:00 a.m. The Organizing committee will also provide a free lunch for each umpire during the competition days. If the teams/clubs don t have the required number of umpires, there will be a fee of 30 euro for each referee missing. Hotel Accomodation: Hotel FORUM-CONTINENTAL 4* - ORADEA 240 places Hotel NEVIS 4* - ORADEA - 240 places The local organizer provide special price including:breakfast and dinner, free entrance to the sport hall, medical assistance during the competition days (only for competitors), high standards rooms at 4* 3
hotel at a great price: 35 euro/day/person in double or triple room or 50 euro/day/person in single room. Hotels provided guarded car parking: 5 euro/day. Local Organizer provide for competitors catering services in sports hall at 5,00 euro for lunch, and points for selling sandwiches, mineral water and juices. For catering will pay at registration office May 13, like in table attached (www.fdsmc.ro...lunch delivery). Changes: any changes of the registration forms made after the registration deadline (May 06 th 2016, 11:59 PM), will be charged with 10 EURO/each change (except for the competitors withdrawal). 3. Umpires and Coaches Umpires:The umpires must attend the Umpires Meeting on Friday May 13 th 2016, after registration (20 30 local time) dressed in umpire suit in the lobby of the Continental Forum Hotel of Oradea. Those who are not present to the Umpire Meeting will be excluded from the umpires list and they lose all facilities. Coaches: a) Must attend the Technical Meeting after Umpires Meeting on Friday May 13 th 2016; b) Must wear sport clothing and carry a towel on the sparring area; c) One single coach will be present on the sparring area. 4. Requirements: In the sparring competition, the competitor from the red corner must wear red safety equipments from hands and feet and the competitor from the blue corner must wear blue safety equipments from hands and feet. To individual Special techniques (excluding children) to qualify in the final group, the competitor can choose any item only once. If competitor do not get maximum points at item chosen he/she will be disqualified from this category. Only those who are qualify in the final group will continue the competition with the remaining items. Division: Children two categories: Children 1: must be 10-11 years old on 14 th May 2016; Children 2 : must be 12-13 years old on 14 th May 2016; For children only two techniques: Twimyo nopi chagi and Twimyo nomo chagi; Juniors (over 14 - up to 18 years old on 14 th May 2016): Five techniques (male): Twimyo nopi chagi, Twimyo dollyo chagi, Twimyo bandae dollyo chagi, Twio dolmyo chagi 360 0, Twio nomo chagi; Three techniques (female): Twimyo nopi chagi, Twimyo dollyo chagi, Twio nomo chagi; When performing Twimyo nopi chagi and Twimyo dollyo chagi, the competitors should take a run-up and jump on the kicking foot, pulling the other leg to the chest and break the target with the jumping foot while lowering the other leg. Seniors (over 18 - up to 36 years old on 14 th May 2016): Five techniques (male): Twimyo nopi chagi, Twimyo dollyo chagi, Twimyo bandae dollyo chagi, Twio dolmyo chagi 360 0, Twio nomo chagi; Three techniques (female): Twimyo nopi chagi, Twimyo dollyo chagi, Twio nomo chagi; When performing Twimyo nopi chagi and Twimyo dollyo chagi, the competitors should take a run-up and jump on the kicking foot, pulling the other leg to the chest and break the target with the jumping foot while lowering the other leg. 5

To individual power breaking to qualify in the final group, the competitor can choose any item only once. If competitor do not get maximum points at item chosen he/she will be disqualified from this category. Only those who are qualify in the final group will continue the competition with the remaining items. All written protests may be submitted from the Coach in charge (present to the square) to the square Jury President. 6
Regulated protest fee (euro 50) must be paid when presenting the protest. Jury President must call Cheef Umpiree Committee and in his presence analyzes facts written in official protest form with center referee or if is necessary corner referees; After analysis of the facts they will give a decision. The decision taken by it will be communicated to coaches by Cheef Umpire Committee. If the protest is valid, then the protest fee will be returned to the coach. The winner competitor cannot compete again before the decision communicated. If the competitor, coach or club/team not accepting the decision made they can be disqualified from all further events of the tournament; In case of withdrawal of competitors or team from individual matches as means of protest they will be automatically disqualified from that event. 5. Tournament awards: Medals and diplomas for 1st, 2nd and 2 x 3 rd place; Cups, diplomas and 30 EURO for the best kid male/female, 40 EURO for the best junior male/female and 50 EURO for the best senior male/female ; Cups and diplomas for the general ranking of teams/clubs (I place-7points, II place- 3points and III place-1 point); Plaques for umpires. 6.
