The championschips will be undertaken with the player nominated by their federations or National Associations that are current with their annual membership with LATTU (US $ 100.00) AND ITTF (US $ 150.00). 8. Game System: - Team Events: It will be played by system corbillón. A team may be made up of two (2) players and each country may submit two (2) teams per category. Will be integrated eliminatory groups not greater than 4 teams in the first phase; the best 2 groups classify to a second phase of single elimination The location of the countries in the box game is made according to the ITTF Ranking LATTU. The teams will be drawn without Ranking according to ITTF rules. - Event in Doubles and Mixed Doubles All games wiil be played under the system of Single Elimination shall be best of 5 games - Individual Events : Groups will be integrated playing One against all classifying 2 players by Group. All matches to the best of 5 games. The ones ranked will pass a final round of Single Elimination ; matches in this stage shall be to the best of 5 games. - Seeding criteria: 1- ITTF- ULTM Ranking 2- Results of the teams event of the present championschip.

Award ceremonies: The three (3) first places of each event will be awarded with medals In events per Teams, the firts three places will be awarded with trophies additionally will be given medal to each of the members of the wining teams and their coaches (2 medals by teams and 1 coach) In doubles events, mixed and singles, the three (3) first places will be awarded with medals; having two (2) third places. The country that has been declared as Outright Winner Championship according to the scores established by LATTU will be awarded with a Special Trophy; from the host country only the two teams best placed will lead, as well as the two pairs of doubles, mixed, and the top four singles players. Hospitality: The hospitality will be at the rate of $50 US per person per day for the players, and for coaches and delegates $60 US Including the following: Ground transportation to José Martí international Airport (Habana, Cuba) Internal transport from hotel to the Gym of Competition Accommodation in Double, triple, quadruple, quintuple room Three (3) meals daily.
- Hotel details: Colina hotel, located in the street L, of vedado, in front of University of Habana. NOTE: The accompanying not included in the delegation may be housed in the proposed hotel at the rate of $90 US/ day, in addition to the rate for official delegations. Accompanying subject to the rules and regulations of the organization of the event. 13. - Referees The Organizing Committee will admit four ITTF Umpires for the event. The referee visitor will be released from the payment of hospitality, meals, internal transport, and his fees shall be canceled according to the international regulations (ITTF) - Host Country The host country may double the number of teams and players in all events. Only can lead in the best 2 teams (for purposes of the final score per country) the top 2 pairs double, the first 4 couples in mixed doubles, and the 4 best placed in individual events. Note: A country may enter one or more players U-11 male or female to participate in any event of the U-13 category, provided they don not exceed the number of its 4 players entered on the U-13 category. No player U-11 may participe in the same event in both categories. The Champion Man and Champion woman singles U-11 (Born 2004 and 2005 only), classified a week Hope ITTF 2016. Only one representative per gender and country is accepted. If the country already qualified player in week Hopes of Latin America (September 30 to October 4) is taken into account the next player in the final individual classification of the Latin American championship.
