Senior Handler 50+ 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 10, 11, 12, and 13 will compete in the championship on Friday July 22, during the evening performance. 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th places from classes 10, 11, 12, and 13 will be awarded points toward the Showcase of Champions Performance Championship on Saturday Evening. 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th places from classes 10, 11, 12, and 13 will be awarded quadruple points toward the Showcase of Champions Dream Teams Competition. 14. Best Mane and Tail 15. Cutest Combination 16. Partners Class This class will focus on individuals who are helpers, drivers, or accompany the main exhibitor/competitor (friend, partner) to the show and do not normally show. 17. Prettiest Head 18. The Horse the Judge would most like to take home. 19. Ornamental Class Open to all miniature horses 48 inches, and under. Judged as the horse the judge would most like as an ornament on their mantel piece. No trotting is required. Your horses will be posed for the judged. 20. Best un-clipped Horse, any size or age 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th places from classes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 will be awarded points toward the Showcase of Champions Performance Championship on Saturday Evening. 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th places from classes 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 will be awarded quadruple points toward the Showcase of Champions Dream Teams Competition. MHOYS Section 21. MHOYS Young Stock Open to all horses under 38 inches. 1 2 and 3 year old. 22. MHOYS 4 Year Old and Over, Adult Open to all horses 38 inches and under 4 years old and over. Competitors/ exhibitors awarded 1 st and 2 nd places in classes 21, and 22 will qualify for the MHOYS Showcase of Champions Supreme Champion to be held on Thursday July 21. The Champion will receive a prize of 150.00 in cash kindly sponsored by Ms. T. Adorian. 3 P a g e

The Showcase of Champions Three Day Event - The Show Jumping event Open to any miniature horse or Shetland Competitors will be required to jump a small course of jumps, time will be recorded. 24. Working Hunter Open to any miniature horse, or Shetland. Horses are required to jump a small course in a smooth pace; the pace must be the same throughout the course. Conformation round will carried out after the jumping event. 25. Halter Obstacle 26. Long Reining/Dressage to Music 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th places from classes 23, 24, 25, and 26 will be awarded points toward the Showcase of Champions Performance Championship on Saturday Evening. 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th places from classes 23, 24, 25, and 26 will be awarded quadruple points toward the Showcase of Champions Dream Teams Competition. Veterans Section 27. Veteran In-Hand Open to any size horse, or pony aged 10 years and over. The winner will be eligible to enter the Supreme of its height category. Micro Mini Section 28. Micro Mini Class Open to all miniatures and Shetlands under 32 inches. 1 st and 2 nd places will be eligible for the Miniature Supreme in show. A special award will be presented to the smallest horses in the class regardless of placement in the class. Donkey Section 29. Open Donkey Class 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th Horse in these classes will be awarded points toward the Showcase of Champions Performance Championship on Saturday Evening 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th Horse in this class will be awarded quadruple points toward the Showcase of Champions Dream Teams Competition. 4 P a g e

OUTDOOOR ARENA RING 2 11.00 AM Driver s Challenge Section Judge: Mr. G. Docking All Exhibitors competing in the Driving classes must have Third Party Liability Insurance for the duration of Showcase of Champions 2015 when competitor / Exhibitors are showing. A copy the relevant insurance document must be included with entries. No affiliation is necessary for exhibitors / competitors to enter classes. 30. Style and Performance Driving Open to any size horse, or pony. Open to all types of vehicle Inc light trade. Working trot across the diagonal, show some lengthened strides. Each turnout is inspected for cleanliness and correctness; Competitors/exhibitors will go forward individually for a three minute display which must include in any order three loop serpentine at collected trot, rein back 3-4 steps, halt, and walk forward. 31. Open British Driving Open to all single, pairs, and tandems; also open to animals of any height. 32. Exercise Driving Can be shown with any standard exercise vehicle; any height/type miniature, donkey or horse or pony. 33. Shetland Driving Open to single/multiples 34. Antique Vehicle and Trade Open to single, pairs and tandems; also open to donkeys any height. 35. Concours d'elegance Driving To find the most elegant turnout. 36. First Timer s Class Open to all competitors/exhibitors who have not driven in any competitions/exhibitions in the past. Open to any type of carriage To be judged on the driver s ability, promise, and the suitability of horse, or pony. 37. Novice Driver s Class Open to all competitors/exhibitors who have not won a first prize in a driving class in the past Cut-off date to be eligible to compete in this class is year ending 2015. 38. Miniature Horse Driving Class Competitors/exhibitors showing in class 38 need to ensure that the horse is presented with a suitable cart. There are no stipulations for the type of cart used to enter the class. 39. American Open Driving To be presented in Any American style vehicle. 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 will qualify for the Showcase of Champions Driver s Challenge Championship during the evening performance on Thursday July 21, 2016. 5 P a g e

GALA EVENING PERFORMANCE St Trinian's School Dinner & Disco Party QUEENSDALE SARABAND ARENA 5:00PM Driver s Challenge Championship Judge : Mr. Gary Docking 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 qualify to enter the Driver s Challenge Championship. The Supreme Champion of the Driver s Challenge Championship will receive a prize of 200.00 in cash, kindly sponsored by Mr. Jeff Osbourne. Parade of Dream Teams 100 cash to the winning team. Teams need to incorporate a theme/fancy dress and the 100 will be awarded to the best dressed team. 40. Best of the Best Prelim Judging Open to any Miniature horse or Shetland pony 42 or under that has been Champion or Reserve at any show or to any society from June 2015 to July 2016. This class will be judged in the following way: All horses / ponies will enter the arena at trot and will be lined up. A short show will be required and the judges will mark each competitor. The top 10 competitors will go through to the final judging on Friday evening where a different judge will judge the selected competitors. Marks from Thursday s show will be carried through to Friday. On Friday the top 8 will be marked again by an independent Judge. Marks from Thursday s and Friday s performances will be added to calculate the Ultimate Showcase of Champions Best of the Best winner. The winner and reserve will be eligible to compete in the Supreme of Show. A 500 cash prize to the winner which will be presented by the sponsor at the Grand Finale on Friday evening July 22 nd, 2016. 41. Children s Concours d'elegance Open to children 16 years, and under. 1 st and 2 nd places from class 41 will be eligible to compete in the Showcase of Champions Concours Championship during the evening performance on Saturdays July 23, 2016. 6 P a g e MHOYS supreme champion of the showcase of champions.

MHCGB section Competitors/exhibitors must be present members of MHCGB. 49. Yearling s Fillies and Colts or Geldings 50. 2 and 3 Year Old Fillies and Colts or Geldings 51. 4 Years Over Mare s Stallions or Geldings 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 49, 50, and 51 are eligible to compete in the MHCGB Championship during the evening performance on Friday, July 22, 2016. AMHA Section - Judge Mr. C Johnson Horses competing in this section must be pure bred American horses. 52. Yearling Fillies 53. Yearling Colts 54. 2 and 3 Year Old Fillies 55. 2 and 3 Year Old Colts 56. Geldings Any Age 57. Mares 4 Year Old and Over 58. Stallions 4 Year Olds and Over 59. Youth Handler AMHA 60. Stock Horse any Age 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 60 are eligible to compete in the AMHA championship during the evening performance on Friday, July 22, 2016. The Champion for Ultimate Showcase of Champions AMHA Horse of 2016 will win a cash prize of 500.00. 8 P a g e

Open ASPC 1 st and 2 nd places from class 61 qualify to compete in the Showcase of Champions Maxi Horse Supreme championship during the evening performance on Saturday, July 23, 2016. BMHS Section BMHS classes are open to all miniature horses regardless of registration. Owners/exhibitors do not need to be members of the BMHS. Winners in each class will qualify to compete at the BMHS Breed Show; provided that the owner/exhibitor of the horse becomes a member of the BMHS within 28 days of the scheduled show date. Horses will not be measured on the day but will be measured when attending the Championship classes at the BMHS Breed show. 62. BMHS Open Yearlings 63. BMHS Star Seeker Open Two Year Olds 64. BMHS Star Seeker Open 3 Years and Over This class is open to both Mares & Geldings 65. BMHS Star Seeker Open 3 years and over Stallions 1 st place from classes 63, 64, and 65 will qualify for the Star Seeker Championship to be held at the BMHS Breed Show in September, 2016. The winner of that Championship will, subject to vetting, be eligible for the BMHS Stud Book and will qualify for the RIHS 2017 in its appropriate class. 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 62, 63, 64, and 65 are eligible to compete in the BMHS championship during the evening performance on Friday July 22, 2016. Falabella Section This section is open to Falabella horses of all ages 66. Pure or Part Bred Falabella 1 st and 2 nd places from class 66 are eligible to compete in the Showcase of Champions Supreme Championship of their height category during the evening performance on Saturday July 23, 2016. American Blend Section This section is open to horses 42 inches and under in height. Horses must have at least 25% of American breeding. The sire or dam must have at least 50% of American bloodline(s). Breeding history may need to be verified by means of a passport if required. 67. American Blend Young Stock, 1, 2, and 3 Years Old 68. American Blend 4 Years Old and Over 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 67 and 68 will qualify to compete in the American Blend Championship. American Blend championship Champion and reserve will qualify to compete in the Showcase of Champions Supreme Championship of their respective height category during the evening performance on Saturday July 23, 2016. 9 P a g e

British Bred Section This section is open to horses 42 inches and under that have been born and bred in the UK 69. Open British Bred 1 st and 2 nd places from class 69 are eligible to compete in the Supreme of their height category during the evening performance on Saturday July 23, 2016. In-Hand Appaloosa Open to all size spotted horses and ponies. 72. In-Hand foreign breeds Open to all foreign bred horses and ponies; also open to AMHA registered miniature horses. 73. In-hand Rare Breeds 74. Ridden Appaloosa 1 st and 2 nd places from classes 70, 71, 72, 73 and 74 will qualify to compete in the Showcase of Champions Foreign Breed Supreme in Show Championship during the evening performance on Friday July 22, 2016. OUTDOOR ARENA- RING 2 75. The Showcase of Champions Three Day Event - The Driving Section Drivers will be expected to complete a course of cones. 76. Showcase of Champions Supreme Shetland Pony Championship Showcase of Champions Judge your Judges Championship This is the opportunity for competitors/exhibitors to swap roles with the judges and take the opportunity to Sock Judges. Championship format is as follows, o SoC judges and Show team officers will lend a horse, pony, or donkey of their choice that has taken entered a competition at SoC. o SoC judges and Show team officers will complete a walk through, and a show. SATURDAY JULY 23, 2016 SHOWCASE OF CHAMPIONS ULTIMATE CHAMPION S DAY The Showing Journal Ultimate Showcase of Champions Class UK s largest ever prize in showing history with 2000 to the Ultimate Champion & Prizes to the Runners Up The Showing Journal Ultimate Showcase of Champions Format This class is open to anyone in the world, no qualification is needed to enter and compete in the competition. The only stipulation is that each competitor must enter at least one other in-hand class at this show. There will be 3 sections for competitors to enter, and judging for the Showing Journal Ultimate Showcase of Champions take place in 3 rounds. Showing Journal Ultimate Showcase of Champions Sections Miniatures and Shetlands 42 and under, ponies under 14.2 - horses over 14.2 The top 6 competitors from each section will be eligible to compete at the Gala evening performance. A total of 18 competitors will be competing in the next round. During the Judges will find the top ten. A separate secret judge will then enter the arena and judge the remaining competitors to find the ultimate showcase of champions. Each section will be open to any height/age/sex and part bred type of that category of horse or pony. Each section will nominate the top 4 or 5 horses/ponies to go forward to the prejudging in the finale of Thursday evening performance to find the Ultimate Champion.
