ON AN URBAN STREET WITH LIGHT TRAFFIC, PROPERLY EXECUTE A LEFT TURN FROM THE CENTER OF THE STREET; ALSO DEMONSTRATE AN ALTERNATE LEFT- TURN TECHNIQUE USED DURING PERIODS OF HEAVY TRAFFIC. 3.
