Medial Row Anchor After debridement of the footprint, insert a Y-Knot RC with Tape all-suture anchor. Once anchor is inserted, uncleat sutures from handle, and pull back on all suture tails with a steady force to deploy anchor. Pull out sliding #2 Hi-Fi suture. NOTE: The #2 Hi-Fi suture can also be used for various medial stitches. See page 5 for medial stitch techniques. 1 Insert a second Y-Knot RC with Tape all-suture anchor. Once inserted, uncleat sutures from handle and deploy anchor. Pull out #2 Hi-Fi suture. NOTE: The Y-Knot RC anchor can be self-punched into the bone. If hard bone is encountered, use the Y-Knot RC broaching punch to create a pilot hole. 2 NOTE: Y-Knot RC with Tape comes in two different tape colors, blue and white/black co-braid, to help with suture management. Medial Row Anchor Use the Hi-Fi Passing Loop to pass and shuttle both tape limbs through the cuff at the same time. Load the #2 end of the Hi-Fi passing loop into the Spectrum AutoPass and pass through the cuff. 4 Outside of the joint, load both tape limbs through the loop of the Hi-Fi passing loop, and shuttle the tape limbs through the cuff. 5 Repeat the same shuttling step with the second anchor. 6 3 Shoulder Restoration System
Lateral Row Anchor Prepare the placement of the lateral row anchor by using the CrossFT Knotless broaching punch to create a pilot hole. NOTE: If soft bone is encountered it is recommended to use the 4.0mm punch for the 4.75mm and 5.5mm CrossFT Knotless anchor. 7 Take one limb of tape from the anterior and posterior anchor and pull out of the joint. Load both limbs of tape through the CrossFT Knotless threader loop. Pull on threader tab to pull tape limbs through the implant and driver shaft. 8 NOTE: The 4.75mm and 5.5mm anchor can accept up to 6 limbs of #2 suture or 2 limbs of tape when the #2 sliding suture on the back of the delivery handle is removed. Pull tension on suture tails and zip line anchor into the joint, and place nose of anchor into the pilot hole. Pull remaining tension on suture tape until there s sufficient tension on the cuff. Cleat sutures on gray cleat of handle. Then, while holding the black knob, turn the blue knob clockwise until anchor is seated in bone. Uncleat sutures from gray cleat and #2 suture from back of the handle and remove driver. Remove #2 sliding suture, and cut the suture tape tails. Repeat steps 7 9 for second anchor. 9 4 Shoulder Restoration System
